LOVE this place! Ralph is a laid back gearhead, with a peaceful vibe a total Yoda. He and Chuck run a tight ship taking great pride in their work ( Porsches only!) I can't imagine a problem they cannot handle. Shop is clean and well lit, yet rumbling with activity. Everything feels right.

Live in Frederick and have been searching for a reputable place to have my '92 911 C2 serviced, ideally outside a dealership, and was turned on to Ralph's. Just had my 60K tune-up, as well as some other items that had plagued my local shop (Deutche American, Ijamsville), and couldn't be happier! Car hasn't run this well since I purchased it. If it's Porsche, it's Ralph's!

Don't bother getting a PPI done here. Had them look at a car and all I got back was an invoice with 5 fault codes and a 5 minute call telling me that the car was good. Not sure what I'm supposed to do with that information. Didn't even tell me what they actually checked. Called back looking for more information and never heard back. They were very fast with payment process however. Not worth $4 let alone the $440 I was charged.

I have a 2005 Porsche Boxster and I trust Ralph and his team completely with it. They've been excellent in everything I've needed to-date. I wouldn't consider taking my Porsche anywhere else except Ralph's!!! Feel free to reach out to me if you think I'm kidding. I've recommended Ralph to a few fellow Porsche owners now.
