Excellent Staff & Service! Love my new 2017 softail slim 🖤 Never would have gotten this kind of deal or service when it was Jim”s!!! Bert has done an excellent job turning this store around! Look forward to attending more of Bert”s events. Thank you Josephine Carter & Rob Cobras for everything!!!

Awesome customer service! Staff was so nice and helpful to us! Great selection of women's items! Very nice restrooms and complimentary beer and water! We are repeat customers and will continue to be so! We appreciate the military discounts also! 🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸

Great people, great service, and some beautiful bikes, definitely going back there to test drive some of the new bikes started up a street glide inside the showroom there, and man I'll tell you Harley really put out one of the smoothest running Motors I have ever seen, throttle response was wicked sick can't wait to ride it, special thanks to Jonny up there at Bert's for letting me check that bike out and invited me back for a test ride!!😎😎😎

The general manager, John Dempsey is one of the best things to happen to this dealership. He is personable and honest. John will not hesitate to give you his personal cell number and discuss any issue you might have. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a new bike to see the guys at the Cuda!!

Great people, awesome environment and lots of fun! They host a lot of events worth going to. The owner socializes and is full of character. "Hooked" me up with a heck of a deal getting a 2017 Road Glide beauty!

First I'd like to say WOW! I've been to MANY dealerships, and have worked in luxury car dealerships as well throughout my career. The customer service at Bert's is top notch. Nick Cangeme and his team are the most professional people I've met in a long time. I couldn't thank him and Mark(with a K) enough for everything they did. Saying they went above and beyond is a understatement. If you're ever interested in a new/used bike or parts and service on your existent bike or even looking to enjoy a beer on the house, be sure to go see Nick and his awesome team at Bert's Barracuda. Very disappointing service experience. Took my bike in for a 5k service & a Dino tune to improve performance. There was no service write-up inspection. After the service, I went to pick up the bike (2014 Road King CVO). Paid the bill with no review of services performed. After paying, the advisor (without even a thank you) simply said "your bike's outside". Asked what the remaining tire tread depth & brake pad thickness were. Was told that they didn't have the measurements, but everything checked "OK". While riding the bike home, I noted a rattle in the exhaust shield (I haven't bothered to take it back & think I'll just try to fix it myself. Tire pressures were left 5 pounds too light on each tire. No follow-up call from anyone to even ask if everything was ok. Grease on the saddle bags, exhaust and other components; along with a mark in the paint on one of the saddle bags. Won't be going back. Told them I was a new customer & had just moved to the area; along with the fact that i was preparing for a long motorcycle trip & wanted to ensure everything was in great condition. They need lots of help with their service processes (write-up, inspection report card, service re-delivery, follow-up, etc. ). Was hoping the dealer closest to me would be a good one.

I went to Bert's just to look around and I meet up with Nick we started talking and he is the REAL deal. He gave me a great deal on a 2017 Road King Special and a more than fair trade in on my 2011 Soft tail Deluxe . He gives you that personal attention you just don't get anymore.
I also had a great experience getting all the paper work taken of.I had the pleasure of dealing with Taylor she took the time to explain everything I was signing and it made for a very smooth transaction.
All in all I would definitely recommend Bert's Barracuda to anyone.
