We arrived just before 10pm, jet-lagged after a long day of travel. The team worked together and went out of their way to make sure we were well-received and were able to catch a meal at the dining room before settling in for the evening.
This is just one example from our short stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating every step of the way. One of the best experiences I've had at any hotel.response / report this review -

The best hotel stay I've ever had! I've been traveling a lot lately but this hotel impressed me even more than the last few high end Vegas hotels I've been in. The room was exactly what I was looking for and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I especially have to commend Manager Beau who was an absolute rockstar. This is the kind of person service industries need more of. Thank you Beau! I can't wait to come back!

Quite, clean and in good location! What can you ask more? It is not on the beach but it is very close to the HWY and in five minutes you can be anywhere in the area

The hotel is very clean and furnishings are modern. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant. Very good breakfast deal with made to order breakfast and buffet.

Jennifer and her staff were great. The accommodations were excellent. The stained and worn carpet in the hallway to our room was the only negative. Otherwise, the room, lobby and eating areas were great.

Ok stay. In business area so on the weekend it was quiet. Room was clean and adequate. Small pool and hot tub, but sufficient for a quick stay. Has a restaurant but does not offer free breakfast. Can be pricey for the total cost of your meal- choice wisely when making dining choices.

The receptionist Jennifer was very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the bed was not made in the room I was first assigned, which would normally give a more unfavorable rating, but Jennifer was too friendly and helpful in getting me a new room for me to dock more than one star. The restaurant Bistro 39 in the lobby had great food for dinner, and though one older member of the wait staff was unattentive, a younger gentleman made up for it by being a bit more attentive.

A very quiet hotel located not too far from the 5 freeway. 18 min drive to seaworld with no traffic, and the surrounding area. Pretty affordable with no surcharge for parking and no resort fee. Good home base to visit other area. Bed are soft comfy and clean. Has fridge and microwave. Would definitely come back when I am in the area.

One star was knocked off because a continental breakfast was not included in the room price, and just on principle, it makes me feel a little bit better when breakfast is included. Breakfast was available though, for an additional fee. The amenities sounded quite nice (pool, 24 hour gym), but I didn't utilize these. The rooms were clean, and included a mini refrigerator and a microwave. There's an expansive lobby area with tables and chairs, which was a nice area to grab a drink and play board games with a few friends. Make sure you request a room that is not on the ground floor though, the lobby noise tended to travel. I thought it was strange that there were rooms on the ground floor. I'd stay here again if I were to come back to the area.

It was a hot day, we were walking my dog nearby and I was thirsty and my 5 year old daughter was thirsty so we walked in and we got some of that fruit infused water and sat down to rest in the lobby. Someone from the hotel came by to give us a bottle of water and a cup of water for our dog. I've had friends stay here and have never heard anything bad. Would definitely stay here if we needed our house tented for termites or recommend some place nearby for friends to stay. Karma points for Hilton!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the bed. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and responded promptly to requests. Food was good too. I wish breakfast started before 7 though, that was too late for me.

I would definitely stay here again. Staff is awesome! Hotel in a nice location. Very clean and comfortable. A friend recommended. Attended a seminar being held at this hotel. Decided to spend the week. Room had coffee pot, fridge and microwave which helps to make it feel like home!
