I have ordered 4 or 5 enclosed car hauler trailers. Very nice trailers at great pricing twice I had minor little things needed after I brought them home and warranty was easy and smooth called them and they overnighted the parts and it was done at no charge to me. I will continue to buy my aluminum trailers from them for years to come!

I called Ross and decided on a 12ARC trailer for my snowmobiles. They built it on time and it was a smooth, simple transaction. The trailer pulls great and it's easy to see quality workmanship everywhere. Honestly, I think the trailer is a bargain and I'm looking forward to enjoying it for years and years!

Check the warranty carefully and you will notice it does not mention any warranty on craftsmanship! They will warranty welds but no warranty on construction! Example: let's say the metal siding comes undone from the frame due to them not putting enough screws in at the hidden joint or double sided tape fails. This happened to me and I got somewhat of a fix job only after driving 15 hours total, numerous trips and many emails containing excuse or reason they will not fix the issue. I had to threatened a lawsuit ( which got their attention).
On my trailer they did not replace all the panels like they said and I still have loose siding to this day. When buying a trailer keep the warranty details in mind. Was very disappointed with the quality of my trailer as time passes. I am paying more for a new trailer with a more detailed warranty and better quality.

Really Really wanted to buy a 4 place Michigan made trailer. But when I called they did not have any trailers available larger the 18'. All other trailer companies I called have many in stock to choose from. You would think a trailer companies that has been around for this long would keep some trailers in stock.

The staff at R and R will do just about anything to sell you their pieces of junk trailers. What they do not take into consideration is your needs and realistic limitations on each piece of crap trailer they sell. They have some great waranty programs, but when you have to get your trailer fixed two to three times a year, it really isn't worth it. It only adds more hassel. The young lady at the front desk is clueless and very unpersonable.
For my next trailer, I will be shopping elsewhere, I hear things are a lot better at RC or Pace in Indiana I hope this helps someone, because I had no idea how bad this company was and I wish I had a heads up myself!!
