My Car is ungodly fast and they also take care of me when needed. Thanks Steve!
***UPDATE***
We have an issue. Depending on how it's addressed this may become a one star review. For now I am dropping it back to a two.

Got the mycal yesterday for Ford Fusion Sport and the download today. I am not overly excited about the whole experience. It’s a average product and service is ok but nothing to brag about - see bullet 5. Here are a couple of things that I didn’t care for.
1. The tuner they mail you is a very cheap piece of plastic that probably cost $2 to get from China.
2. They charged for the FedEx like $26. Most places don’t charge postage for stuff over $100. Kinda annoying to me. This plays into the item being overpriced along with the cheap plastic tuner.
3. Didn’t find the whole install and download process very use friendly nor was it very fast.
4. Too expensive for what you are getting. Doubt I’d buy it again at the current price. I think the product is about $150 -$200 overpriced all things considered.
5. I really don’t like that the stock program is not on the tuner rather they put it on their cloud for when you need it. This is the one item that really ticks me off. I paid for the tuner and the programs so I should not have to plan my cars service appointments around when I can get the stock program off their cloud. And by having the stock program on their cloud you have to download it and erase the programs then go back and do the process again to get the tunes back and reinstall each time. I drive 3000 miles a month and take the car in for service at least 8-10 times a year and this makes it a real giant annoying pain in my rear! To me they basically are controlling the tuner you just bought and they are holding the programs hostage against each other. Really not happy about this part.
6. Power increase. Yes it’s a boost but I don’t think its at the levels they are claiming. I tried the 93 stage 3 tune and I doubt it to be the claimed ~100hp gain. My guess is more like 50-70 based on the feel and actual road performance. The jury is still out on this one until I drive it more and get it dyno tested. I did notice a lot more low end torque and power which was very nice and better gear shifting points. This is really the only positive thing out of the whole experience. What really ruined it for me was/is the whole thing with the stock program it kinda just leaves a bad taste over the whole thing for me.
7. Quick to respond to questions - good thing.
Overall it’s 2.5 out of 5 but I can only rate either a 2 or a 3 and the “wow factor “ was just not there so I went with the lower score at first but after emailing Anthony about me not being so happy he tried to come up with a solution for me while it’s not really what I wanted (still have to park programs on their cloud) I have to be fair and give credit for the attempt and give the 3 vs 2 stars.
Excellent company. They supplied several parts for my Taurus SHO. The quality of the parts and performance gains were beyond my expectations. Everything is Dyno proven, no false promises here. I will do business with them again, and would recommend them to anyone.
I had the Pontiac G8 GT stage 1 performance package installed on my car. This includes a cold air intake, high performance thermostat, a plug in tuner, and a 93 octane dyno tune. They also flushed my coolant and installed new upper and lower radiator hoses. They were able to get 50 horsepower at the wheels. I also have a muffler delete, so I don't know if that contributed to the HP gain. I have read the horror stories about the customer service and people not getting their vehicles back for months. This was not my experience, the sales rep I delt with was Jason Barna. He was very professional and updated me regularly on where my car was in the process via email. They estimated that they would have my car a week and sure enough they called me a week later exactly to come pick my car up. As for the performance package and the tune itself, I couldn't be happier with it. It's a night and day difference, like having a new car. If you have a Pontiac G8 GT or GXP I would highly recommend Livernois Motorsports.
Absolute garbage customer service. Failure to admit wrongdoings. Admittedly put a bad cam in the car, fixed the damage (made me pay) car blows up again 9 months after copper shavings in my oil pan they take no responsibility. Bought a ls3 put it in my car in my driveway instead of paying those fools their overpriced prices for not only terrible work and work insurance, but for TERRIBLE customer service. Would I reccomend these guys? No i'd be sure to make sure you didn't go there. Take your car somewhere else or do the work yourself
Absolutely amazing service from the guys at Livernois. Big shout out to Anthony from the support team, who is amazingly patient. Responses to my questions were back to me in hours. Hours NOT days or weeks.
Their tunes are superb as it is but the best thing is that they are continuously updating and improving the tunes. The latest V11 is
so smooth and the power delivery is almost perfect. Ford should take a look and maybe learn a few things 😉
I run a dealership and these guys have beat my expectations. very fast with parts and tech questions on every level.
Also to ALL the people COMPLANING about your tuner- remember you have to spend money on everything else besides the tune itself to get a fast car. It's dumb to think otherwise, especially when people don't perform maintenance like tuneups and injector cleaning, not including everything else.
2011 Taurus SHO 3.5L / livernois ( tuner, Cold A.I., t-stat), Steel Works down pipes and cat back exhaust
Took my 2011 camaro ss to Livernois to get work done and the car is amazing. Sounds and drives awesome. Great work. Car gets attention anywhere it went.
Ordered a tune for my 2016 ford Edge and took it took the strip and was a little disappointed in my times. First time I I saw then tune was on YouTube with the edge making a pass at 13.4 which I understand different tracks different time but I consistently ran 14.0 and the best I could get was a 13.97 @ 97 which is a long way away from the 13.40s that were advertised. Totally not with the money especially if you're debating on if it's worth it to take a chance on voiding the warranty.
