Friendly & courteous staff. The attendant easily accommodates my wishes. Well stocked with towels and toiletries. Nice flat screen TV & channel selections. I would've given 5 stars but the bathtub looked dirty and had a stain.

On past trips I've been very impressed with the high quality standards of Quality Inn Hotels, but was dissappointed with noisy neighbors and well-worn furniture at this location. The room was clean, and bed was comfortable, but the fridge had no freezer and had broken parts inside. The staff made up for a less than inspiring room by being helpful and kind when I got sick and had to stay over an extra night. They provided toast and juice mid-afternoon when I was too weak to find a restaurant. If stylish looks are important to you, or you plan to stay for more than one night, you may want to spend a bit more money for a nicer location.

Didnt think much of it, but once here noticed nice room and wonderful service. Id rate higher if I could. Also surround by food places and hooters. Lol. Here for work. Very nice. Pool here too.

Absolutely the nicest people I've ever dealt with in a hotel, we travel a lotbut this time we were running from Irma and i had all 6 of our chihuahuas with us n one love bird, I had absolutely no problem with this at all!! Extremely kind to us all, even made one room a dog room for my son. Very clean too! If you need a room, stay here, none of the other hotels even tried for us, if I am ever in Macon again, I will stay here just because of the wonderful kindness and concern they shown us!! Thank you again Quality Inn on exit 169!!!!

Do not like the idea of not being able to have visitors to your room.
I am sure that there are, is, was reasoning for this issue but also has a compromise to this as well and need to be shared with the public so the company loose.the fateresponse / report this review -

Staff is not professional and bed sheets were not cleaned. (I had a black light). Breakfast pastries were ok. Eggs, sausage, and gravy had a weird taste. The American pride signs were from the previous owners. I would not recommend this hotel.
Update 8/18/2017
They charged me an additional 7 dollars for a room with twins and then an additional 7 dollars for supposedly having 2 additional guests.
I am also still itching from this place and had the attached bite from this place.response / report this review -

They work hard to make it super clean! Lots of amenities. Nothing fancy but great and affordable place to stop! Lots of restaurants nearby. Will stay at again!

Went on line for advance booking. Paid a week in advance for a king room and received queen bed. When ask why front desk informed me that since we booked in advance and paid a cheaper rate we have to just deal with the queen bed. Not happy as I am a bigger man and enjoy a bigger bed. Just another hotel owned and operated by a foreign person with out regards to true customer service. Well I planned on being in the area fornthe next 4 years for my daughter college and they lost a customer. Will look for a better hotel as I booked thru hotel.com

Nice,helpful staff, dated hotel. Clean room on 2nd floor without elevator. A little off the main road and very quite.
We got hustled when we asked for a second room and overpaid quite a bit (double) for the second room.response / report this review
