Good mattress, but the amount of blankets was criminally low. Breakfast buffet was on the higher tier as they go.

    Staff were friendly and polite.

Not clean at all. When I arrived hairs all over toilet seat. "Kitchen / suite* had coffee grinds all over the top. WORST of all I woke up with a Dead CockRoach on the floor when I woke up.

When we originally arrived the door wouldn't open because apparently it was put on backwards. So our room was changed and we had no other problems with the room. There was 2 times the person at the desk was missing when I came to the counter but not for long either. Complimentary continental breakfast was also nice.

The place was small and going through renovations but the staff was friendly and the room was very comfortably. This was just a one nighter on a long road trip but I would stay there again.

Great staff. Only issues were the ongoing renovations. Rates should be reduced during renovations.

They are under rennovation. It's noisy all day until about 7 pm. Even when done, the rennovation was cheaply completed. For example, a cable wire was covered by the carpet. I doubt it's a tripping hazard but I still stepped on it.

I listed to a guest say a chair was broken in his room and wanted it replaced but she refused unless a manager was there to approve it. Hardly anyone was staying there, just change the chair.

Breakfast was disgusting but I could say that for most hotels.

Finally, recognize that I'm a platinum member. It means I'm loyal, I like your product, and I tell others to stay at Marriott.

In the end, I checked out early and went to the Springhill suites just down the road. Night and day difference.

They are remodeling it and that may be part of the problem. The room was extremely small and the breakfast was lacking.

Older building, currently undergoing renovations in the rooms and public spaces, so it is showing a lot of wear and tear from that. The room I was in was unrenovated, so it will likely be in much better condition after. Otherwise very clean, desk staff was nice. Parking lot is a little cramped, and anyone staying there needs to be aware that multiple trains come through very close to the property throughout the night/early am.

The staff was very pleasant but doesn't make up for the experience. Staying for two days the staff informed me that they were under construction. They neglected to inform that the water would be shut off during the day.

Staying at many Fairfield Inns the breakfast seemed to be a staple. Upon waking up and looking at the breakfast at this hotel and was very disappointed. After this I walked out and found breakfast at another establishment.

Room was dingy. Large crack in wall. Staff not interested in doing their jobs. Won't stay here again.

Furniture is old and doesn't look very clean. Shower wall had a nasty handprint that I didn't notice until I was in the shower. Hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. What matters most is if I would stay here again - yes. Better than alot of others I viewed in the area. No bugs, beds felt fine, linen looked and smelled clean.
