It looks good from the outside, but mine and my brothers room had no effort to be cleaned. Bugs on the floor, puke on the floor or some sort of dried up sticky mess? stained sheets, dirty microwave, and the faucets are always dripping. The lady that helped us was friendly, but that was the only decent thing our room was just not comfoetable, we are going to sleep in our clothes on top of the blankets and sheets not comfortable enough to sleep under the blankets.

The bathroom was ditry hair all over the toilet rim and the pass of it and shower and the bath tub who knows what else..the manager was very rude didn't bother to hear our complains..and refuse to give the pass code for the Wi-Fi.

Horrible place I don't recommend it at all

I don't honk you can call this a hotel the management was poor never in uniform most likely was a franchise owner ,the breakfast was small and crowded , the pool was never open , the wifi was worst them my I phone hit spot and the fitness room look like hasent been touch in ages. This hotel needs and inspection services beacuse the service is super poor

If we weren't so tired and have a pet, also needing gas and food in the area we would have looked more.

From the room door, doesn't look bad with new laminate flooring, but looking beyond that it is dregs.

A wooden toilet seat that is bubbling -really.
Bugs in the tub,trash behind mini-frig (which opted to not use) no functioning smoke detectors, spots on all bedding and the lowest grade of hotel towels I've ever seen. I have fewer hand prints on doors and frames and I live with 2 little boys.

Move on for another location is all I can say.
Not worth the money and pet fee for sure.

My husband and I stayed for one night. Street side is very noisy. We left our phone charger and called so we could pick it up on way back home. They said we stole a decorative pillows and refused to let us get the charger. There were only 4 small sleeping pillows & a decorative throw on the bed. My husband explained we don't have the pillow and why would we take a little pillow and the guy responded that we are thieves. Overall, rude service, outdated rooms & crappy beds with outdated furniture & very overpriced.

This was a clean hotel and the lady that checked us in was very nice but when I checked out they tax you a good bit and then when I checked my bank account the next day I have been charged 3 times. I understand them holding a little money in case you mess up anything but what do they do to the people who pay cash. Nothing was messed up in this room and we were traveling to see a sick relative so this was an unexpected trip. The extra holds on my account made this a very unpleasant experience worrying about making it home.

Very comfy beds and nice staff. Room was very dated and the doors were hard to open and close. The room had a strong bad smell of smoking. I purchased a smoking room and have no problem with the smell but was told that the room is a non smoking room.

First and foremost, the staff was so nice and accommodating. They allow pets and did not discriminate against my Rottweiler dog . I got their suite with a king size bed and the interior of the room was nicer than I expected. Wi-Fi and mini fridge included.

Trashy and dumpy. What they call clean is a joke. Repairs needed everywhere in the rooms and what was fixed was done in a cheap and improper way. The shower head coming out the wall was secured by a hole through a piece of rubber tile, tile that was nowhere in the room anywhere. Toilet didn't flush. Missing a drawer, maybe 2. The worst of it is the service. Complaints are met with rudeness and disregard. The owner is rude and unprofessional. He opened our door without knocking. He was told there's a woman in here getting dressed so the door was blocked by me. He pushed it back open for no reason saying it's fine she can cover up, all because we had a guest come to the room. The room was paid upfront for 1 more day and he tried to kick us out. He said he was calling the police and I said do what you gotta do. Once he seen we weren't scared of that, he made the guest leave, but we could stay. We left with no refund for the paid day anyway. That hotel is for drugs and prostitutes mainly. Nothing about it was nice or OK.
