Genta and the crew at Indy Home Design made our recent remodel almost easy. We planned the kitchen, then ordered the cabinets, sink, hardware, flooring, blinds and even some furniture for the living room. We could have ordered our appliances if we didn’t already have what we needed.

When our Direct Buy member center in Cincinnati closed, I wasn't sure how ordering from Indianapolis would work out. But I'm pleased to say I've been more than happy! Tom is wonderful!! He is very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Every time I've spoken with Tom he has gone above and beyond to meet our needs. We ordered over 2400 square feet of flooring and getting it to Cincinnati could have been very tricky and expensive. Tom made special arrangements for it to be delivered to a Cincinnati hub, saving us a huge headache and tons of money! I can only say great things about our experience!!

We started our membership during the construction of our new home 5 years ago & have saved enough to cover the cost of our membership, plus thousands more. We've made lots of purchases ranging from custom cabinetry to toys and have been very pleased with the quality & cost of everything. Holly has been a huge help to us & is always quick with her responses. Much better customer service than you could find at any home improvement store.

What a great group of people. I have been pleased with everything I have purchased over the last several years from Direct Buy. I have been helped most frequently and recently by Genta. She is great at helping me find just what I'm looking for and pointing me in the right direction. She is so knowledgeable about all of the products and catalogs. I'm always glad to see her when I walk in the showroom.

We have been members of Indy Direct Buy for over 5 years, our experience has been fantastic with the products, and the service has been top notch! We have easily recouped our membership investment with the purchase of a kitchen. We have also purchased flooring, furniture and electronics and found the savings to be significant!

Jack and Genta have built a terrific service team! Holly is a fantastic kitchen designer providing designs that are fresh and fashionable! Tom and Ronnie are the best! They are very customer adept with a high sense of urgency in responding to any question promptly and thoroughly! Every consumer should be members as it is a great model for purchasing home goods!!
