Best option around for family camping with decent sites. Cost is a little more than what I like for a gravel campsite. Staff were very polite. Good access to interstate. Some sites have paved patios with swings and grills. Not a great place to carry your bikes to. All gravel and not a big campground. Very well taken care of.

Very nice park, RV sites are large, most are shady, with fire pits and picnic tables, some with grills and porch swings. Daily trash pick-up at your site. Large grassy dog park. Friendly staff. Easy access to amenities and shopping.

If you have ever been to a Campground then you will know that this is not that great of an example of one. This place is a piece of farmland that was inherited by one of the kids and, not suitable for farming given its low land status, turned into a Campground with a KOA franchise licence. I would like to sympathize with the family that owns the place but given the father's uncompromising attitude and toolbox personality I have to list mainly negatives. The rest of the clan that run the place are friendly enough but you have the sense that when interacting with them they are in constant fear of his intervention.
The amenities : The pool , great if you are 2 ft. in height or have toddlers., Restrooms/ Showers , only 1 small building adjoining office. There is no other facilities throughout property. This would not be too bad an inconvenience if weary travelers who given spots across the small stream on the outer limits of property could use their golf carts to make the great distance to the facilities. Oh yeah, in the exhaustive Campground guidelines handed to you after they accept lot payment (and nowhere on their website) it states that no carts, no carpets, 4 mile an hour speed limit with threats of calling local police and much more negative verbiage to be interpreted as though they are doing you a real favor as to let you stay there. OK now the real crime. It floods !!!! Not just puddles here and there but the kind of flooding that would prevent this piece of land in the middle of acres and acres of farms from being another acre of farms go figure. If you want to park your rig for the night and catch some shut eye there is a gas station across the street that will let you park for the night.

Easy access off the highway. Regular pull through spots are very close together. Back in spots appeared to have more space. Full hookups looked easy to access. Office does close at 8 but they just leave your spot noted on a map on a wall just outside. Has a very nice pool for the kids.

This campground is a gem. It has wide, well kept and nicely configured sites. For as close as it is to Indy (not even 10 Miles from I-465) it is quiet and feels like we are out in the country. The people working here are very helpful and welcoming. The pool is amazing.

Amazing staff! We blew a tire on the interstate, on a Sunday and were guided here by a nice local man where some folks here changed our camper tire and and didn't ask for anything in return. Then they let our kids play in the splash park pool before we went on our way. Top notch service and attitude. Thanks for the positive vibes!

We've had no issues here. Staff is friendly. Our son adores the pool with all of it's water park features. The only thing we don't particularly care for is that the sites have a shared patio, so you and your neighbor are kind of in each other's faces if you both want to be doing something outside. Other than that, no issues here, and our son will always want to come back for that "cool pool".

WE stayed here on June 23, 2017. We had reserved a pull-thru site with water and electric a couple of days prior by email. There had been torrential rains on the area it appears the day of our arrival and the site offered was flooded with water 3 inches deep. The girl who escorted us was perfectly willing to leave us on the that site as she to not know what to do. She called a young man named Jeffery in to look at the situation.We were moved to a site next to it that appeared much better. We setup and were in the camper for about 45 minutes, when we started to go outside we found this site was now flooded with the same 3 inches of water. We called the office, we were told that they were really full up, but would send Jeffery again. Jeffery found a back in site that was kind of on a hill in the same area and asked if we could try to get in there. Try to get out of the flooded site I cut too close to a tree due to the mud a scrapped the side of our camper. I ended having to unhitch the trailer and bring my truck around at another angle in order to get out of the flooded muddy site. After many failed attempts I was finally able to get our trailer into the back-in site. Services were on the wrong side and our power cord barely reached, We had to put 2 hoses together for the water to reach. So we have a truck and trailer that is now a muddy mess due to all the tire spinning and slight damage to a brand new trailer. It appears that the office knows that these sites flood when a hard rain occurs, but placed us here anyway? The only bright spot in the whole affair was the young man named Jeffery. He worked with us and helped until we were setup. The other staff(young women & girls) were clueless. Jeffery should be the manager. We will never stay here again!!

Nice park. The staff friendly and helpful. A great pool area and activities for those traveling with kids. Convient location for events at the ampitheater in Noblesville.

Our campsite flooded. 3 inches of water right up to our camper all around it. We had to remove our shoes and roll up our pants just to get to our camper.
I called the office to ask them to bring a pump to remove the water. They don't have a pump, although it turns out that they knew in advance that the site they put us on sometimes floods. Rain was in the forecast during the time we would be there, and yet, this was the site they chose for us.
The only remedy they offered was for us to move to another, higher site. We planned to leave the following morning, so we weren't willing to make the move, because it would take too much time and the water was too deep to disconnect our camper without ruining our shoes.
I asked for a discount for our inconvenience. They offered $8. I was insulted that they thought our situation was so minor that $8 would make things right. I declined their "discount", and decided to post a review, warning others of what they might encounter, should they stay here during a rainy period.
Do not allow yourself to be put on any site that has ever flooded. The deluxe sites nearest the dog park are the worst. Other campers told us that these lots flood every spring. And that the owner doesnt care, and won't even respond to emails.
This KOA doesn't care about customer service at all.
I called KOA headquarters and they took my report. If enough people report problems to them, they will take appropriate actions. So if you have a problem, please let them know.

2 small parks for the kids.
Nice place to take a walk.
Only reason I give it one less star is becuz the horse didnt seem healthy.

This campground is AMAZING. Beautiful views, there's a creek that runs through it, there are horses you can feed. The staff always goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and they are super friendly. The cabins are great, always clean. And so are the other facilities at the campground. They are also putting in a new pool! Love this place and recommend it to everyone!
