We spent the weekend in Stuart and the Quality inn has an excellent location. It is located right next to downtown and is in a very quiet location.

I was surprised at the quality and attentive detail to the accommodations. The room was beautiful; the bed amazing; the bathroom meticulously clean and fresh; my stay restful and unexpectedly perfect. I raved about it to some friends who decided to book two nights beginning the following evening, but the hotel was full. Very disappointed with our subsequent choice (Clarion Inn - Stuart) when compared with the superior presentation, staff, and accommodation at the Quality Inn. We were truly surprised by the amazing experience and will look to book our future dates at Quality Inns. Thank you and your staff.

Its a decent hotel. Nothing fancy, nothing full of roaches. Breakfast is good, rooms are up to date (very slightly outdated) and its not too loud. I would recommend. 4 stars because their restaurant is very expensive and it just has that "cheep motel feel" to it almost. I don't like cheap motels.

Hotel staff was good overall, with the exception of the morning buffet hostess and front desk clerk . The hostess I believe is Darlene and she had a major attitude and was extremely rude us and other guests. The hotel also had a musty smell in places but that could be a result of the recent hurricane causing leaking. Overall the room was clean the evening service was great and we enjoyed our visit. With a few minor exceptions.

Bad staff. disgusting food. Overpriced. Best thing about hotel was housekeeping staff so polite. They had a great attitude. Very friendly This hotel will be my last choice to stay..

Would not recommend at all. Smelly, no internet whatsoever in the room, breakfast is HORRIBLE , staff is just trying to gouge you however they can. Very dissatisfied.

Dis-gus-ting & RUDE. Toilet paper not replenished, cockroaches, and very rude mgr. My room phone didn't work (and was never repaired). When I asked for it to be, later that day when I returned after visiting family in the area, the mgr had de-activated my room cardmaking me walk all the way back to the front desk, just to give me a message. Don't stay here.

It was ok. Check your bed when you get there but the night lady was happy to give a clean set. The bathroom was very clean. Rug in our room was sticky. Hallways were loud even on weeknights.

The woman at the front desk was by far the rudest person that I have ever encountered when it comes to customer service. As I was waiting for checkout, she answered two phone calls and was blatantly rude to the callers and very condescending. I gave her the benefit of the doubt as we all have bad days but then she got nasty with me. She told me the room I stayed in was not pet friendly even though I made them aware we had pets and they stated they were pet friendly. She told me she was charging my card, there was nothing I couldn't do about it, to vacate the property, called me a liar, I asked for her name she covered her name tag and said "it's none of your business get out of my hotel." I have never been spoken to in my life like this from anyone, let alone someone in customer service. I contacted their corporate office as she does not represent their company well and I surely will never be back there or any hotel affiliated with them. I will be praying for the older woman who works at the front desk as she surely seemed miserable.

Stayed here overnight , we checked in pretty late didn't bother to look the room over prior to sleeping. Only to wake up and turn the lights on and turns out i slept in a bed with dirty sheets. Not only were they dirty but they were covered in blood!
Got half of my refund back. Bathrooms were clean & everything else seemed fine , except the sheets. breaking many violations but i don't have the time or patience, ill just stay away from this hotel for the future.
