Rooms are small but comfortable. Elevator service was spotty, mostly because at the time it was under repair but still open. Staff worked quickly to fix it. Wireless connection was decent, and the view by the beachside is breathtaking.

Vista's Beach Club is a wonderful place! Loved waking up to the magnificent view and the sound of waves. We had a nice full kitchen that was outfitted with appropriate gear including nonstick frypans and a tea kettle. Furniture in our unit was not new but not shabby either. The place was spotless. Very comfortable king bed and the best room darkening draperies I've ever had in a hotel! We were in the waterfront building and our views of the ocean from our 3rd floor balcony were outstanding. I'm guessing the property was a little more posh several years ago. The balcony railings were rusted in places and a few other small items of maintenance would make the experience worth another star. There were a few oddities like high end Kohler plumbing fixtures mixed in with a $3 Wal-Mart shower head. Not perfect but with a top notch location and wonderful restaurants a short drive away I'm looking forward to returning!

My Wife and I are from from England and have owned in vistana in Orlando for over 25. However we regularly visit here. It's lovely. Barry and the staff could not be more helpful. The rooms are clean and well appointed. We shall continue to visit as long as we can

I've stayed here a half full of times with my family and I don't have anything bad to say about it. The rooms are nice, clean, and up to date. They have a nice pool, awesome beach access a few outdoor games under the tower.

Rooms had damp smell. One of the bathrooms did not have hot water. Microscopic bugs allover the dinning room table an end tables. Indoor spa Jets were full of mildew. Staff though were absolutely delightful.

I Had to clean as soon as I arrived, there was hair and seaweed on the shower walls and the soap dish and private hairs in the bedroom drawers. Cereal was left in the cupboard, as well as coffee grinds in the coffee pot. I am so underwhelmed by this place from the way my mother described. The beds are small and not bolted to the headboard as they should be. There are no outlets near the beds or any furniture for that matter; making charging your devices quite challenging. There is no luggage rack in my room I had to use the one in my moms room and she was very disappointed by the lack of pantry space. I'm hoping things will improve. The beach is so close we had a crab in the pool. The pool is small but fun. There are lots of activities so join them all and keep yourself busy. The movie in the pool was my favorite. The neighboring town has great restaurants. Try Tony Roma's and Harvest Cafe, Longhorn Steakhouse and so many others. All in all it didn't live up to my expectations but I had a ok stay.

Very clean and staff was awesome. The rooms are very spacious and designed for privacy for everyone. I would definitely stay here again. Parking was spacious as well you didn't have to worry about finding a place to park

I would rate this a solid 3. Good rooms, nice pool, great location. Going to 4 is a serious stretch --- no fitness center, elevators buggy, front desk staff needs a serious pep talk from manager. All jobs matter! Pool towels are like gold here.

We have been going to Vistana Beach Club for over 20 years and always love it. The corner rooms are best and have excellent view of the beach. The most recent visit, the receptionist was not the friendliest or most helpful. Overall great experience. If you have Vistana timeshare, this is quite a bit smaller than Orlando one, but still nice.

Great place with lots to do. Ping pong, Pool, foosball, arcade, giant chess, beach access, a kiddy pool, swimming pool and last but not least a bubbly hot tub. There's also plenty of board games at the front desk. There are commercial grills here as well.

Not that great overall the beach is beautiful but beyond that there's not that much to do. The pool is pretty basic, the room while it's great there is multiple rooms the finishes are also pretty basic as well. The activity center offers many activities but it seems that not many people take part. We were looking for a family oriented kid friendly place with lots of activities to keep the kids busy. While this on paper seemed it may fit the bill in actuality it did not. Staff is friendly no complaints there I agree with other reviewers that it would be nice if there was food on site.
It's a pain to cook everynight or drive into town to get something to eat.
