I want to share something with you. We purchased a dining room set from El Dorado. Our associate was David Fidalgo very professional during our choosing our purchase.
When the dining room set was delivered one of the delivery men accidentally knocked over a lamp and of course it broke. He immediately said he had to pay for it.
In contacting his supervisor who said they have $1000 deductible and the person who broke the lamp had to pay.
This obviously was not satisfactory to me as the poor guy didn’t do it on purpose and how much could his salary be.
I then contacted my sales associate David Fidalgo who took the bull by the horns and escalated this to his boss. We were able to pick out a new lamp at El Dorado without the delivery person having to pay.
This was done very professionally and I compliment David for the way he handle this problem.

We had a great experience shopping with Marianthi. We had a personalized experience that got us just what we were looking for. She should be allowed to wear sneakers with all the walking and shlepping she did for us!!! Will be back again!! We only want Marianthi, she was more than a sales person. I worked with very patient sales woman named Marianthi. She worked with me for long stretches of time and was always able to answer questions that I had. After making a decision to purchase a couch Marianthi and Carmen worked tirelessly to get my order filled the way I wanted it. It was a pleasure to work with such professionals.

I highly recommend this furniture store. It's awesome!!! Our sales associate Marianthi was the best, she was super friendly and patient with us. She even came to my house to measure my living area and helped me choose furniture based on the color scheme in my home. Overall this was the best experience we had buying furniture. Please ask for Marianthi next time your there!!

Well, we did it again and purchased a dinning room set a week ago. Of course we worked with Stephen Stubbs. He is a great guy and excellent to work with and we have built a great relationship with him. Ask for Stephen when you go to shop. Steve is professional, patient and knowledgeable. Thanks Steve!

I want to add that there was an issue at delivery and we were disappointed but I am working with Angie to resolve it. She is an absolute pleasure and sweet person and is taking care of the issue and is replacing the item. We do appreciate the excellent customer service. Thanks Angie!!!

I came into El Dorado Furniture in Wellington after visiting a nearby furniture store and was blown away with the professionalism and kindness of Stephen. He listened to my needs and knew exactly what to show me. He is the best I've had. He made my experience worth the while. He was very patient and knowledgable. We will be back to see him again. I drove down to El Dorado at the Wellington (FL) location. I worked with Stephen A. Stubbs (Furnishing Associate) and he exceeded my initial expectations. He was very knowledgeable of the product and showed great professionalism. I initially was paired with another representative but did not feel a connection so asked for a different sales rep. My request was approved immediately and he was awesome. I recommend working with him if you visit this location.

We had a great experience shopping at El Dorado, mainly because of the help of our sales rep. Maria Cardona, who made the entire process as simple and easy as we never thought it could be. From the beginning until the delivery, and even after, she was always available to solve our questions and concerns. The most important part of the experience is that we had never considered a furniture protection plan before, but she took the time to carefully explain the convenience of purchasing one.

I shopped a number of stores, and was pleased to see the quality of the inventory and pricing. Most important was the sale approach. Julia helped me. (You should ask for her.) She is the perfect combination of professional, informative, and attentive, but she is not pushy. She gave me time to look on my own, but was available whenever I had a question. She listened carefully so as to help me find just the pieces I needed. She's a star.
