Awesome food. Very clean and nice rooms. Will and Nick with the volleyball crew were amazing to work with. They were very patient and we had an awesome Beach volleyball experience. Would highly recommend.

WONDERFUL food and staff! Oh the glorious food! Y'all I had steak and fish, all the time. Singles friendly: I came as a single and enjoyed my relaxing stay. The adult pool was perfect for me, I was able to quietly relax, with margarita in hand. Perfect for those that need renewal. I'm not a sporty person- but I had plenty to keep entertained. I also enjoyed the family atmosphere- let's get real- nothing is funnier than a family on vacation- especially if you are not in that family and you get to relax!! The only thing is I wish Wi-Fi was a little better. This was my first time at club med, but it won't be my last!

Near flawless experience. Vastly superior to any US based resort I’ve ever been too. Food is 🔥🔥🔥. Hospitality was 💪🏿💪🏿😌. Very much enjoyed the team of entertainers, bar tenders and servers. Will be returning w/ friends.

The headline price seems high, but when all food and drink and entertainment is considered, it is actually a great value break. 5 pools, loads of tennis, sailing, canoeing, golf, basketball etc etc. There is much to do and enjoy. Good is good quality and variety is excellent too and is available from early morning till late evening. A great week vacation! Loads of fun and facilities for kids too.

An apparently expensive deal turns into all you want and great quality and variety food eating. Drinks at the bar and dining room are also part of the deal. 5 outdoor pools, a riverside boating, canoeing and sailing experience. Golf, tennis, basketball, table tennis, even circus trapeze training! It turned into a great value week of great fun. Lots to entertain the grandchildren too! Can't wait to come back!

This should be a 5 star review. The rooms are nice, a bit of a problem with the shower, but they tried to fix it right away. The food is amazing. The pool, the gym, the grounds all wonderful. I'm giving 1 star because of the discrimination I faced while there.
I was smoking while sitting at an outdoor seat beside the bar, at a table with an ashtray, with other people who were smoking, and only after I had asked a G.O. where I could smoke. I was later approached and singled out in front of the other people sitting there smoking by a different G.O and told I had to stop smoking, and leave the area to continue smoking. This was only asked of me, the only person of color there. It was embarrassing and inappropriate.
This was the only instance where I felt overtly discriminated against, but it is enough for me to never return. I have a daughter and having that experience happen to me I could never take my daughter to a place where this type of thing could possibly happen to her.response / report this review -

Seems quite pricey till you get here. All inclusive means endless high quality food plus unlimited wine and other beverages. Add in swimming, golf, tennis, sailing and many other activities and it all becomes great value. Well worth the trip!

me and my wife came here for our honey moon for 4 days and 3 nights. we had a blast!! the staff was very warm and welcoming. the food is fantastic! the night life is very very fun my man Pedro gets everyone hyped up and ready to party!!! the rooms were very clean and plenty of space for a family if needed. all in all it was very worth it.

I want to go in full details about my stay at club med which i WILL NEVER come back ever again.
First I am a single mom with an infant.
There was a guest that was harassing me and there were two incidents that should not have happened if club med were to have defended me because the other guy came with a group. They asked me to leave so ladies this is not a safe place to vacation.
I did not feel safe because I was traveling alone.
The view is cute, but not great.
LADIES, DONT GET YOUR NAILS DONE AT CLUB MED. It was $170 and I didn't get not close to going to a real Asian nail salon. She gave me no massage on my hands or feet I wish I would have gone to a real 5 stars resort.
The activities within the resort were fun but it seems like the employees enjoy their stay there more then guests.
The buildings are 20 years plus and it can be seen as soon as you pull up.
I paid for a king size bed with ocean view which I did not get. As soon as I slept on the bed I could tell that it was two twin beds put together and I love to sleep in the middle.
Therefore, this is the WORST resort I have gone to thus far. I am very upset.response / report this review -

We had a fantastic time when we were here! We stayed three nights. The kids had a great time at the pool and especially on the trapeze! We went exploring on the kayaks and swam a lot. The food was good, no complaints! Our rooms were nice, good size bathroom and huge closet. While the club is a little out of date over all, the staff was wonderful, kind and helpful. We would certainly visit again.

The resort staff is excellent, the food is much better than we have had at other resorts. Gino makes tennis lessons a blast even while teaching in 3 languages. The trapeze lessons were awesome and that team is exceptional when teaching beginners and even better when performing.

I love this place. Very friendly and attentive staff. The variety and quality of the food is beyond amazing, and the buildings are beautifully decorated and furnished. There are many wonderful things to do, such as various pools, ball courts, and nightly shows and entertainment. The rooms are spacious and the whole resort is very family friendly. The family building rooms are equipped with king sized beds and bunk beds for kids. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful food, wonderful staff! There is always something to do even if the weather is poor. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the water quality and strange odor I'm rooms in afternoon hours. Buildings could definitely use some upgrades but don't take away from the overall experience. I loved it here!

Rooms are clean and cozy. Food selection is vast and absolutely everything is delicious! River is murky and certainly not the open ocean so underwater activities are non existent. Staff is quite young and many either have poor manners and/or don't ealize that their job is customer service. That being said those that enjoy their job or understand their role are absolutely amazing and enhance your stay and the atmosphere. Great place.

Just returned last night from a weekend getaway with wife and 11 and 12 year old daughters. Very enjoyable. Relaxing. Fun things to do, for kids, for adults, and as a family, all together. Staff were great. Friendly. Shows were the best, so entertaining. Food was great. Though mass-produced, on par with a very good restaurant. Though rooms were not luxurious, that was fine because we didn't go for luxury. Overall, very well-run, clean, fun!
