The place was clean, but I ordered a room with a refrigerator in it for an additional cost and upon entering found that the refrigerator had been stolen, they said that they would replace it same day but never did so my food went to waste. I went for breakfast with my kids and right when we were about to grab some toast the staff said get out breakfast is now over even though it was not time yet. The staff was super apologetic and said he felt awful but there was nothing he could do because of their boss. There were also a number of people staying here that gave us all the creeps and fights were happening next door to me that I ended up staying awake. I believe this could be a nice place but they need to address some issues here.

Checking in to our room we were absolutely shocked with a huge stain on the carpet.
As I entered the bathroom the window had been smashed and hadn't had the repaired properly.
Other hotels could have seen us shower as the window was not the appropriate glazed bathroom material.
The rubbish bin had not been cleaned and had some mystery fluid coming out of it.
I was issued another room that was only just better than the first.
The breakfast was very average the hot water for our tea was warm, the cereal containers were almost empty, there was hardly any milk left and the bin was overflowing.
The public areas in the hotel lobby were dirty and the presentation of the breakfast room was shabby.
I have no idea how this hotel received a 8.1 rating with trip advisor as it certainly doesn't represent it accurately.

The room was fine but the fridge didn't work and there was no coffee maker. The maids actually knocked on the door the second day despite having a do no disturb sign up. I've never had that happen anywhere before. Having read reviews, I expected the room to be much dirtier. The carpet was stained, but in general everything was clean and stylish. The breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon or sausage, and waffles plus continental type options. The pool looked clean but I didn't try it.

This was my favorite hotel love the staff and breakfast and the price for the nice rooms. Then I met Michael about the rudest staff I ever dealt with. My heater in the room stopped working so I call down to the front desk to tell them he comes up just as starts working for a little bit so I say never mind but it finally stops putting out heat for me a couple hours later. So I call down to the front desk to ask if I get another room. To which he says he is not going to switch me rooms to which I ask why after pressed he said he was sold out of single rooms which when I looked I saw empty rooms just about every where and a parking lot that was just about empty. I said I doubt they where full. To which he said not all of our guest drive and when I went down after he hung up the phone on me I commented I saw sever single bed units avaible as I walked down to the front desk. To which he replied those where empty because they needed work done. So I while I was at the front desk I asked him to get me some extra blankets so I would not be cold he so he responded if I have some in the office I will but I can't leave the front desk. I said why you left it earlier to check my heater he said that was earlier when someone was there. So I left and went out while I was out I called Michael on the phone pretending to be someone else and asked if they had singles to which he replied yes they did. So he lied to me everything he had told me that evening was a lie and when I reviled that I was the guy he refused to help he said we still not moving you rooms. To which I replied why to which he said so you can destroy it like you did the last and I said how did I destroyed it and besides they gave me my deposit back last time I was there to which he responded well that was a mistake the maids didn't check the room right. Then I called back and said if I had done that why would they let me rerent the room again and just that morning I had paid for another night. So if there was truly an issue with me being there they would have said something either when I booked again for two nights two nights ago or again this morning when I booked for another night. None of witch I got any complaints from the manger or any other of the staff for being there when they really didn't want me.

Michael the night manager went above and beyond when my CC was down when my bank thought there was fraud because I was out of state. I'm a platinum member and he made things happen. Thank you Michael, and best wishes, the t-shirt guy.

I will never stay here again the place has gone downhill and there were BED BUGS!!! we checked out that night and left. then i had to call for a refund two days later and was basically told that "he couldn't find anything" when the lady on shift came in and came them that night! used to be a great hotel, not so much anymore.. shame as it has some great history.

I have to say WOW WONDERFUL IMPROVEMENTS stayed here a few months back and told myself never again. But the location is so close to where my meeting were I figured I will just bring my own sheets and cleaning supplies. When I walked in my room I could not believe it was the same place. The room was very welcoming. the bed was made very neat the carpet had been shampooed the bathroom was hair free and clean. I am so glad I went back. The outside still needs some work but much better than before. That staff was friendly. The spa was bad but the pool was ok. breakfast could use more of a variety of fruit. I hope they keep up the good work. I am going to be coming back in a month or so and I am looking forward to seeing how much has changed. I have been staying at Quality Inns for years and this place has really made a lot of improvements.

Booking online is highly advise you can get a room for like $39 with normally goes from $69. The rooms are older but newly refurbished very Tastefully styled flat screen TVs HBO all the basic amenities the pool is very relaxing it's like I said it's all basic but it's well worth the money if you pay online they also have breakfast

The door was broken and hanging off the hinges, requiring you to kick it hard to open or close. TV was non-functional. Loud outside noise at all times. Very sketchy people on the property. Understaffed. I strongly recommend you book elsewhere.

Friendly staff. The rooms were clean. Close to freeway and downtown. Did not have electric plugs in room to charge phones and tablets. Had to use the outlets in bathroom. EASY fix would be to get bed stand lamps with outlets on base.

Besides the construction that was going on the street adjacent to the hotel it was a pleasant experience. Our room was clean and comfortable. Convenient to most areas of Tuscon. We would stay again.
