Quality Inn had wonderful service, we showed up early, and they let us in with no extra charge. Our condo was clean, and neat. The only issue we had was no communication as to where the check in office was, we had to call customer service to get an address for that building. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay, and plan to stay there the next time we go to Gatlinburg.
This hotel is in the perfect location for downtown Gatlinburg. We had the bedroom with two queens and a sofa bed and it fit us perfectly. Great hotel for the price also! It snowed the weekend we were there and it was beautiful, especially the bridge and the creek! We will definitely stay here again.
This truly is a budget hotel. There really isn't anything nice about it it is a room to keep your stuff in and sleep and that's about it. It wasn't dirty and the staff was very friendly but that is about as far as it goes. The breakfast is what you'd expect from an establishment as this. The parking lot is an absolute nightmare. Good luck getting a spot even if you have a room. A bear tends to troll the parking lots in the evenings so keep your eyes open!
I'm not sure if the entire hotel was as bad as the Hilltop Building. The lobby and breakfast area were neat and clean. The Hilltop building was disgusting! Our curtains had mold on them, the carpets were damp and the entire room smelled of mildew. Couch was dirty, floors, walls, everything. Hole in the ceiling about the shower. This place needs a good thorough deep cleaning. Dirty marks and handprints all over the walls. Windows were so dirty that you couldn't see out of them. Elevator was gross. I'm in shock that it was this bad. Then the elevator broke so the only way for us to exit the hotel and get to the strip was to walk down the long, very steep drive with my 74 year old mother in law in the rain. The Hilltop building is only connected to the main hotel through a bridge and elevator. Without the elevator you can't access the other side unless you go all of the way around. Stay away from the Hilltop Building!
I stayed at this hotel about 10 years ago so I thought I knew what I was getting. I was VERY pleasantly surprised with the updates and renovations. We had a great 2 night stay.
I will say, watch out for bears.
Location of this hotel was great as it is located on the strip in town and within walking distance of most attractions. Rooms were clean with the only exception being a roach that appeared on our wall on checkout day. The location also offers breakfast and a small pool (heated).
Clean, comfortable rooms, very nice and efficient staff, reasonable price. It was a great location. We were able to park and walk everywhere in Gatlinburg we wanted to go. I would stay again. However, I would ask for a room on an upper level. I wouldn't stay on ground level again because guests returning to the property after midnight were loud and inconsiderate, right outside the doors. All in all, a good visit!
Big room, comfortable beds. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, as there were long hairs on the shower curtain. Breakfast was unfortunately full of very low quality food. Do yourself a favor and eat breakfast elsewhere. Parking deck spots are a bit tight, but manageable. Fairly loud in room ac unit. No outside noise though (not that I could hear over the ac). Very central location within walking distance of everything. All in all, not bad.
This quality inn is at great location for easy access to Smokies mountain's trails. It is having basic facilities with option of nice breakfast and good view. I would recommend it for family trip as there are couple of fun options available nearby including rides for kids and food.
When we arrived, there was only one room left available, and that was the cottage in the back of the hotel. The staff gave us a discount and were very welcoming. It would have been nice to have a fold-out couch in the living room, but I sure enjoyed the living room jacuzzi tub! The upstairs deck and downstairs patios were beautiful! Breakfast was delicious, and I was so happy to have a kitchen and oven where I could heat up a casserole I had been given that day. (I never thought I'd be able to cook it while on the go, but you provided a way). Thank you for providing this wonderful cottage in the summer in a crowded tourist town - it was awesome!
Not a bad place. Definitely above the average quality inn. Location is great, within walking distance of most stuff in gatlinburg. Price was cheap. The room was clean. The only problem we had, the room kinda smelled bad and one of our toilets wouldn't stop running but that was it.
Gatlinburg is a cool area. The Quality Inn Creekside captures the feel of Gatlinburg. The rooms are spacious. They must have recently remodeled, all the carpet and paint were new. Very clean and comfortable! Convenient to everything. The staff was friendly as well. No problems staying here again.
Our room was very nice & we enjoyed our 2 night stay. The location is ideal & very convenient. We had trouble getting into our room all weekend because the door was broken so we had to walk to the back door (luckily we were on the first floor). We were still very happy with our stay until realizing we were charged an extra $270 for our room. When we asked the front desk we told there was nothing they could do until the following Monday. This was obviously upsetting & will probably make us think twice about staying here in the future.
