Horrible! Bathroom was freezing. The floor was dirty. The room was either freezing cold or so hot you couldn't breathe. The beds were hard. We were woke up at 5 am because there was construction going on in the hotel. They were working on the roof. Would never stay here again. Worst hotel experience that we have ever had especially after paying $150.00 a night.

The people are very nice, rooms are
pretty good. As one other person put
bath is small with sink right when you come in. You can hear the traffic going by, can get load. Bed in our room was very firm, not my favorite.

We were very happy with our stay here it was nice and convenient to downtown it took us about 10-15 mins away walking we will definitely be returning.. I can see why people don't rate it a 5 start because it needs some work and the rooms are old but they are clean and that's what matters most to me.. but when we were there for our 5 day stay they were remodeling a rooms when I was there..

Friendly staff. Great location. Trolley stop just out front or short walk to Gatlinburg attractions. A little dated, but clean and a great value. The private balconies are a great place to unwind and reset.

Very friendly staff and a great location. It's about a 2min. walk to the trolly station. Also, only about a 10 min. drive to Pigeon Forge. The rooms are nothing fancy, the bathrooms are small but they have everything you need and the rooms were clean. Breakfast is included. There's a waffle bar, biscuits, gravy, toast, coffee, juice, and microwaveable omlets. Rates were very reasonable. There is also an outdoor pool.

To start off the property looked okay, we checked in and went to get in the elevator, as soon as we stepped in it shifted and clanked. We got to the 3rd floor and walked into our room. We were immediately greeted with a very dated room with dirty carpet, duct tape to cover the transition between the main room and the wash area. In the bathroom there were a few holes in the wall and the toilet shifted when you sat on it and I'm not talking about just the seat, the entire toilet moved. My girlfriend took a shower that night and the water went from hot and cold constantly. There was another hole in the wall in the living room and the king bed was sat atop two twin? Box springs that clanked every time you moved. The room smelled musty so much so that we shoved a few dryer sheets into the AC to take away the smell. We could hear our neighbor yelling and smoking on the balcony. The bed was hard and we did not sleep well and the wifi was unusable. I will never return and probably will never consider a days inn ever again. I've paid less for far better rooms in fact I'm writing this review from one that is 100x better for about $10 less!

Not busy and has a large Continental breakfast but did have a problem of being able to hear the people in the room next door while trying to sleep.

We stopped in for a long weekend in Gatlinburg and Days Inn was perfect. They are located just outside of everything in Gatlinburg, so you can basically walk to everything without dealing with all the noise. The river was very soothing to listen to when we were at the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower had good water pressure. Hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. We got what we paid for. You could pay for a more expense hotel, but Days Inn will definitely meet all of your needs without breaking your wallet. When we come back to Gatlinburg, we will be staying at the Days Inn again.

This is an older hotel that has some upgrades. Our room had flat screen TV, small refrigerator, small microwave, and coffee maker. King size bed that had a real comfortable mattress. The room is clean and seems to be recently painted with new carpet installed. There is a balcony that over looks the river. They have a Continental breakfast that includes waffles, microwave egg and cheese omelette, biscuits and gravy, and other things. The staff are very nice and helpful. The WiFi sux. Bathroom is small.

The Hotel and service was good including the breakfast, with a fair variety. Also, the rooms were clean and organized, but the location of the bathroom and the size was a bit to get over. But overall, nice hotel with a good affordable prices.

Rooms very out dated, looks nothing like any posted pictures. Wifi was completely awful, didn't work 99% of the stay. Shower water temperature went from comfortable to scorching hot. Would not recommend. Staff was nice though.
