Clarion Inn was very clean and nice upon entering the hotel. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The pool was also extremely clean. There is a game room, gym, and pool to spend time at. The only problem with this hotel was the cleaning of the room. It took a very long time for the cleaning staff to come. Overall it was a great experience.

The hotel was nice and clean. My only issue with the room was how hard the beds were. The staff was friendly however the front clerk's are apparently incompetent when it comes to properly charging people. Got overcharged for our room and had to call the Choice corporate to get it fixed. They said the refund was done improperly and it will be a week before we get our money back Great timing to mess with someone's money!! Not like Christmas is right around the corner or anything

We had a great stay at this hotel. The entire place is very clean and comfortable. There is a spacious lobby with the TV and coffee and Juice available 24/7. They also offered fresh popcorn and cookies in the evenings as a meet and greet. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever had at this type of Hotel. There were almost too many choices. They offer fresh made-to-order omelettes, fresh made waffles, biscuits and gravy, bacon, eggs, and all the standard donuts, breads, yogurt, etc.
There is an indoor pool and hot tub and an outdoor water slide and lazy river area. As well as a hot tub with a gas fireplace nearby. We stayed in mid November, so the outdoor pools were open but very cold.
Our room offered two queen beds with a balcony overlooking the parking lot with a great view up towards the mountains with a fridge microwave safe and very large bathroom.
Overall this was a great stay for us and we would recommend it to anyone. It is very close to all of the common attractions in Pigeon Forge, and we were about 10 minutes away from Dollywood.response / report this review -

We have stayed here twice now and have enjoyed it tremendously both times. The amenities are excellent. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean, rooms are quiet. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. Breakfast is good. Free coffee all day is amazing. Popcorn and cookies free each evening was thoughtful. We will be back!

The staff at Clarion was great! Very helpful about where to catch trolley and provided a map for us. The food at breakfast was very good and hot. My son enjoyed the popcorn and cookies in the evening. Very clean and a nice View of the mountains from our balcony.

Very nice for the money! Great location. Great ammentities. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. The breakfast is about as good as it gets, with the made to order omlett station. Very clean, my wife even checks fixtures and tables in the halls. Highly recommend for an inexpensive stay in Pigeon Forge.

Great hotel. Very clean. You feel like you are safe to kick your shoes off and walk around in your room barefoot. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice people the rooms were clean. The breakfast was wonderful. The pools were OK but man the chlorine smell was strong. Enjoyed our little balcony got to watch the fireworks from DollyWood every night we was there.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly however they are price gougers. We were in the area for an event and arrived a day or 2 early. The first few days we experienced a reasonable price but once the event arrived they raised the price by more than $50. Even though the hotel was nice I do not deal with price gougers.

Great hotel I would recommend it to people with or without kids. Staff very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and neat. The hotel made us feel safe with just myself and 2 kids. The pool area was awesome the indoor pool was good for my 8 month old it was warmer and the outwo or fun area with lazy river and slide was great for my 10 year old. The free juice and cookies and beverages were a surprising plus and the breakfast was excellent and at decent hours as well so we were able to sleep in a bit and get a good hearty free breakfast. The price was great and to have a military rate was great. I would recommend this hotel for sure!!

Wonderful hotel and staff, I will definitely stay at this hotel during my next visit to Pigeon Forge!! Best hotel breakfast I have ever eaten, I don't wake up that early but I set my alarm clock because the omlets they make is worth waking up early for! They serve popcorn and cookies at certain hours and I made sure to be at the hotel during those hours! The staff is great, clean rooms, quiet hotel, nice indoor and outdoor pools and love the fire pit! I have no complaints everything was just as the reviews I read before booking!!

Great breakfast (best hotel breakfast I've ever had). Really nice pool. Very friendly staff. Just make sure to bring some Tylenol because the beds will leave you hurting in the morning. Also bring your own pillows, their pillows are small.

Super clean!! Very impressed with this hotel, very affordable, nice pool areas, complimentary breakfast and snacks and drinks. The breakfast was the best free breakfast I've ever had at a hotel, and such a variety. Service was excellent as well! Conveniently located by all the action in pigeon forge but tucked away a little from the main roads. Definitely will stay again.

This place is amazing! We came here Memorial weekend as it was one of the last available in all of Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. I wasn't expecting much, as it was hidden behind some restaurants & still had available rooms. But I was pleasantly surprised - the rooms are spacious and clean, and the pools are wonderful. The outdoor slide and lazy river are fun for the kids, but the indoor heated pool and two hot tubs (one inside & one outside) seal the deal. The fire pit near the pool helps to dry off faster and makes the whole thing feel more relaxing. Also at 7pm every day they have free popcorn and cookies. We enjoyed that while listening to kids play the piano in the lobby. Breakfast was good too - they had eggs, bacon, link & patty sausage, biscuits, gravy, and an omelet station in addition to donuts, Danish, and yogurt. This was a great experience for both me and my daughter.

We stayed here for the 1st time and it was wonderful. My 7 year old loved the indoor pool! Very clean place, everything was always so nice and clean and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was great, you would think it would be something simple and not very good but no way it was hot and fresh and they were even cooking omelets. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks to the staff for the great job they do.
