I arrived after 15 hours in my car getting to Tucson. The gentleman at the counter (John I believe) was friendly and kind to my incoherent babbling. The added bonus was getting into our room to find the beds and bathroom clean. The breakfast was kept very well stocked and good variety. My youngest son at breakfast became confused with the coffee, he went up to the front desk to talk to them and wasn't sure if he had gotten his message across (he is autistic and came become one tracked very easily). The lady at the desk showed nothing but patience and understanding with him and his insistence. Thank you for making a hard trip a little easier. If I ever find myself in Tucson again I will definitely be staying here. From beginning to end you made this trip a little easier and had nothing but smiles and kind words. I can never thank you enough.

This is the best place I have ever been to Fort Lauderdale I travel quite a bit and I can tell you that I've been in some really terrible places that claim to be good. On behalf of my fellow veterans myself and my family I want to thank all the crew that may this Quality Inn in Tucson a great place to stay I expect to return soon again to enjoy the wonderful service you and your staff provide.

We were in room 124 and the smell of mildew was terrible. There was a leak and the floor was wet by the door! When we got home had to wash everything. Bed lumpy and very soft. Breakfast was good!!

Staff was super nice. Janet at the front desk was sweet & very helpful. Suite 216 was great. Tv in living room didn't work but they replaced it real fast. Walking distance from waffle house!! Over all such a great experience that we stayed a extra day. breakfast was fresh & pool was great

Very quiet and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and kept well stocked. Food was fresh. My wife and I are going back in June for our 17th Anniversary. Its not a new hotel but we enjoyed it

WiFi sucked very weak, TV only has 10 channelsa very low grade TV remote held by scotch tape and buttons almost worn off, carpet stunk.will never stay there again
