  I had the same problem as Taya Johnson. I called for a cancellation of my 3 night reservation for medical reasons. It was never cancelled, I have phone records that I called 3 days before but the manager said that I didn't have a cancellation number. Couldn't be the staff so it must be my fault.. Charged a big no-show fe.l The hotel may be fine, but watch your back. It might help communications problems if the staff and manager spoke better english. I will be complaining to Choice Rewards as well, not my choice.

  Our utmost gratitude to Mr Sam Trivedi and his gracious staff for their service and accommodations while we treated at Mayo. The rooms are always clean and comfortable; the complimentary full breakfast (hot and cold selections) are great; the housekeeping department is most helpful. We will certainly return to this family oriented hotel for future stays whether on business or pleasure!

  Decent clean place. I would stay here again how ever the toilet refilled every hours which was so loud we had to shut the bathroom door, and even though the air was off there was either the one beside us or something else would kick in every hour. I think a back side room would be fine. Staff was plesent and helpful wifi was fine

  The bed like sleeping on a cloud � The front desk people are very friendly, room clean. We stayed in the Jacuzzi room , second floor with balcony. Very Recommended!! Did wonders for my back after a 853 mile drive. Thanks again staff , enjoy my stay. �

  I can't say enough the staff are awsome on the ball. The pool was clean and the people were nice and respectful. The rooms where clean and and bed were nice and soft I slept comfortably and would recommend to any of my friends to stay here

  Floor skwek. Tolit small and low. Bed kind of hard. Not seeing the price being worth it. If you do stay here get a room on second floor.

  Our stay was very pleasant and the staff was courteous and on the ball. We had no problems. The room was clean and the housekeepers are super! Anything we needed they were always there. Located in a picturesque area in Fountain Hills.

  Checked in to a room that was 98 Degrees. The air was off. We asked for a refund and drove home. We made our reservation 3 weeks ahead of time. Plenty of time to turn the AC on. Will never, ever stay there again. Please Boycott this Hotel. Thank You.

  I called for a cancelation and the lady said nothing was there in my name or mothers. And the next day, they took my money. I can't get my money back. �
