I'm so surprised at the reviews that I read. All had negative feedback. I guess that I am the exception. I rolled in at 3am delirium from the hours of freeway driving had got the better of me finally. The doors were locked for the late night registration, for obvious security. The clerk at the front desk noticed me before I had a chance to get the phone and call the front desk and tell them that I was here and wanted a room. She gestured with a wave and the doors swung open by some unseen pushing of a button. She had a cheerful tone in her voice as she went through the, obviously rehearsed by years of repetition, checking in questions and needed room information. When we were done with our quick little check-in process she asked if she could bring my things up to the room for me. I hadn't heard this offered in years. And then it was at a full blown resort not a freeway exit hotel. I'm in a wheelchair so it could just have been an irregular curtesy, but I was very happy to be asked. I'm strangely stubborn and a little old fashioned and would certainly never let a woman go through the hassle of going out to my car and bringing my suitcase up for me. But it's the being offered that impressed me. When I had got my bags and went up to my room I was pleased again by the clean room and goose down pillows and comforters. I'm just so pleased with my short little stay here and am now going to try this hotel chain again next time the need arises.
Unfortunately I got to sleep about 4am and slept through the free breakfast set out next to the lobby. But this is another treat to explore the next time.response / report this review -

The pool and jacuzzi was nasty and they stole money off my card and their taking forever to replace it.i found glass in the carpet and took forever to check to see if we needed our room clean the next day.tub had hair in it i had to clean it myself jus to shower.will never stay at comfort inn againand I'm telling everyone i know not to stay at any of there hotels.i will stick to Best Western for now on..as a truck driver that travel all over i expected better accommodationcalled customer service and the bitch was rude ss hell.they lied and told us that is was big truck parking. We had to pay addition my to the hotel next door jus to park.comfort inn is a joke and should be put out of business. so much for signing up for the rewards program they should be giving rooms away

I used to stay here all the time for work and always loved the place. It was clean nice beds and friendly staff.
I have to ask what the heck happened.?The I've stayed in two rooms this week. Both rooms the beds are "U" shaped, old worn nasty and uncomfortable. The bedding is tattered and just doesn't feel clean. The shower heads in both rooms sucked and should be replaced. The morning breakfast got cheap. Go somewhere else people apparently they really don't care here anymore. As a choice member I'm totally disgusted by this place and they shouldn't be able to be part of the Comfort Inn chain.
Look at the dates of the reviews, all current reviews are low low ratings. This should be a wake up call to the owner.response / report this review -

No WiFi and nothing but excuses about that, called tech support, the whole place has 3 Mgthat's patheticice cold "hot" tubat least 5 stains on the carpet within 3ft of me right now, and my day started on the construction companies schedule as I was lucky enough to have been given a room exactly where they were unloading containerscomplete crap experiencenot to mention that even though they have a contract with my company it doesn't involve our new address so they wouldn't send the shuttlepretty sure any of the other 4 choices nearby would be distinctly superior!

I give them 2 stars because of the lack of covered umbrella's for their lounge chairs at their pool..They had zero and i mean zero coverings for there guest at pool side and it was a sizzling hot day in direct sunlight and i wanted so much to go swimming but could not because of that..

65 bucks for a room and thier shuttle van couldn't give me a ride to the shop my truck was in. ON THE SAME DAM STREET just about a mile down from the hotel

We are still waiting for an answer to the $97.00 that was unfairly charged to us while on the road heading for Amarillo, Texas recently.How long are you going to keep ignoring us? Your company owes us a refund and should have replied a long time ago!
