Traveling is great but traveling would be extra fun and exciting when it's done with some close friends. Visiting and going to places with the best friends are major '#FriendshipGoals.' However, it's not always that great to travel with friends.

Our stay was okay. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent a lot of choices. I think they are extremely over priced considering the condition of the hotel. The pool needs a Good Cleaning! There is a dirty ring around the pool. When I discovered that after jumping in..I jumped my ass right out! Nasty!! If you get a rate of less than $70 a night it's a good stay. Anything over that I would say search for better deals. I always stay at comfort inns it's a good deal when traveling with kids..but this one was not one of the better ones!!

The a/c kept shutting off through the night. The beds were super worn. A lamp was broke and we had a hole that was horribly patched. Had to ask repeatedly for sheets for the couch bed and still couldn't get a blanket. No extra towels for pool, used the room towel then the next morning no extra towels for the room. This place has seriously taken a downward turn in service.

The front desk clerk was very helpful when we got in asked for a couple extra pillows but she said they didn't have any when we tried to put are food in the fridge we realized it wasn't working so talked to front desk she said she could put r food in the fridge behind the desk which was nice but inconvenient the pool was out of order not there fault and a few maintenance issues but the staff and hotel are very friendly and room was clean and comfortable the housekeeper did a great job and got me 2 extra pillows the next day thanks for all your hard work

Everyone we had contact was kind and experienced. The rooms were clean and they located us where my husband could get to easily. Breakfast was very well done, great variety of food and drinks.

What a great hotel! It's nice, free wifi, free breakfast, plenty of parking (which seems rarer and rarer), and the room was wonderful. TONS of food options within walking distance, and even more within a short drive. Would be happy to stay here again.

They have bedbugs and had to use the lobby restroom all night because there is only one plunger and it couldn't be found.

The management and staff are terrific. Special thanks goes out to the GM for being so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Comfort Suites Phoenix / MetroCenter to anyone traveling to the area.

We've had a very nice stay. Just a couple of maintenance problems that were taken care of IMMEDIATELY with no interruptions or inconvenience. Very clean the staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend staying here for sure.

Friday, I got thru getting ready for the garage sale & decided to check in at our hotel to get the keys. Wait an hour while they figure it out. Starving so grab food & come back. TWO HOURS LATER I got a room key. I go in and the room smells like smoke! I had to buy Febreeze. Saturday, exhausted got back to the room & founda bed bug!! Luckily I was not bitten this morning. I go to reception to report my bed bugand was told that since I had reported it they needed to inspect the room & their hotel was fully booked and we would be KICKED OUT. Oh and when one of the cleaning crew came to inspect if the bed bugs were still there she said "well maybe when you were at breakfast ONE JUMPED ONTO YOU FROM ANOTHER GUEST!" WHO SAYS THAT TO A CUSTOMER. I politely said "we didn't eat breakfast here". Uhm okay do you have a relationship at another hotel. NO. Let me just say with NCAA final four is in town. Rooms are rare. I find us a room at another hotel!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!
