It was okay. Just a regular hotel. A little bit higher class than what you would expect from a Holiday Inn.
Very convenient to 275! Clean, modern and comfortable! Breakfast was included and Mary and the staff were cheerful and helpful!
Quite comfortable Holiday Inn. The building is pretty new and has a modern design.
Not close to St. Pete downtown so you absolutely need a car.
The staff is professional and, upon our arrival, we received all the information we could need of. Complimentary breakfast.
Free self parking.
Some silent could be improved (soundproofing rooms?).
Our bedroom was really spacious and the bathroom had a very comfortable shower.
Toiletries included soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and make-up remover.
A good stay.
Awesome staff! Very polite, prompt, courteous group of people. The manager and the front desk lady was able to fully accommodate my family during Hurricane Irma !!
Room and bathrooms nice and clean. The lady who helped us check in was extremely nice. I wish I remembered her name bur had long blonde hair. Elevator needs maintenance. But nice stay 😊
I liked the hotel. Service was decent. It was recently updated. My room was very spacious.
Wasn't feeling good, had to get off road. My room was clean quite and affordable but other than that can't recall too much. Was thankful to be able to get out of traffic and sleep. So close to home but literally was throwing up in a cup in the car. Like I say, blessed it was there. I didn't get bed bugs, giant fear so that's a major plus. Bed was comfy.
Us business travelers know that these Holiday Inn Expresses can be hot or miss. This one is a hit. Nice updated room. Desk helped with finding a good dinner. Internet could have been better.
I visited to see a guest at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was greeted by everyone I was in contact with. Rooms were decorated with a modern look. It's conveniently situated next to a Cracker Barrel.
Stayed 21st and 22nd of April, 2017. Bobby at the front desk, wonderful customer service. Went to room 322, urine on the rim of toilet with personal hair. Coffee grounds all over counter. Made me wonder about sheets, towels, washcloths. Wondering if they were clean. Brought my Lysol wipes just in case. I was going to clean the room, Bobby sent me to room 323. Room smelled as soon as I walked in. Didn't think too much about it. The air conditioner was throwing off a Very Strong Mold smell. I couldn't sleep the whole two night stay. I'm sure all other rooms were the same, after all, this had been my second room. Powers went off, during my shower. Finally came back on 30 minutes later. All other hotels were booked solid. Terrible, Terrible stay at this hotel!! I read reviews all the time, some were okay, others, not so good. Should have went with my gut feeling. Seriously Don't stay here.
Very nice hotel. Bright colors, very clean. I think everything in the room was new. Well worth the money.
Was given a two night stay while our apartment complex was undergoing some minor renovations. When hearing "Holiday Inn" it can go one of two ways! I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice and the accommodations, though a "2-star hotel," are comparable to any 4 star hotel I have stayed in. The new renovations are well worth it. Comfortable beds, and overall a wonderful experience. Thanks for a home away from home!
