Great hotel. We loved that it is adults only. The only complaint would be the noise coming from above room 544 which appears to be the owners living quarters. Could obviously tell there was a kid running around above us. The bathroom could be redone a little better, the tile just had an old look. The carpet was in very good condition, clean, and could walk around with socks on without it making them dirty. I believe the owners also came around on Christmas Day and gave us a quart of fresh squeezed orange juice, which was very nice of them. The beach is public so there will be kids out there. We would definitely stay here again though. Check in times are between 7am and 10pm.

Clean spacious rooms, friendly staff, good continental breakfast, beautiful views from room, direct access to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops in the area! We Literally watched dolphins in the ocean right from our balcony! Great time!

We discovered this resort looking for some beach time to squeeze in while traveling to Tampa FL. The rooms are big and have a small kitchen. They have a nice pool area with shuffle board courts and grills. Continental breakfast in the morning. Pool floats you can use. A great ocean view out of your room. And it's an all adult/non- smoking property. The staff is very friendly and helpful about activities and dining in the area. We had a wonderful 3 days, wish it was a couple weeks!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! WE ARE LOCALS AND I LIVE ON THE BEACH. SOMETIMES WHEN YOU LIVE ON THE BEACH, FAMILY AND FRIEND'S LOVE TO STAY AT YOUR HOME. SO WE ESCAPE HERE! I COULDN'T TELL YOU HOW MANY TIMES WE HAVE ESCAPED HERE. FUN, GREAT FRONT DESK STAFF. CLEAN POOL, GREAT BEACH. WE FOUND A FOSSIL AS BIG AS MY HAND ON THIS RESORT BEACH. ALWAYS HAPPY PLACE. THANK YOU SHORELINE !! WHEN YOU FIND A GEM, YOU KEEP IT..WELL, THIS IS THE GEM !!

Very nice accomadations. Great pool, beach access, shuffleboard, rooms, views, and staff. Only thing missing was a hot tub.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. We asked them for recommendations for seafood restaurants, and each one was spot on! The hotel itself is kept very clean and looks like it's newly renovated. There's even a laundry room in the main building for when people stay longer. It's definitely a home away from home.

Prefect getaway! The room we had across the street wasn't ready so they upgraded into a room facing the beach! Kristin at the front desk/check in was friendly and professional! The room was clean and comfortable! I will definitely come back again

Don't let the 3 star rating fool you!!! This place is so cute and fun. The owners/staff could not be more friendly or more professional and they really care about their guests and your stay at their hotel. The housekeeping staff is impeccable in their cleaning of the rooms and you never want for anything. Other than not having a restaurant and spa on site this is a 5 star hotel to us. Go check it out!!!

Great place. Second time here. Memorial Day weekend and only concern is lack of parking. It could have been a problem with freeloaders but yesterday we had to park across the street.

We were super impressed with this establishment. Everyone was very friendly and gracious! We stayed in their apartments across the street from the main resort which still gave us access to all the amenities of the resort which included the pool, Madeira Beach access, continental breakfast, housekeeping, coupons for various establishments in the area. We were minutes from everything. When we first walked in there was a living quarters with a sofa bed, a flat screen HD TV,a rocking chair,end table and a coffee table off of that was a kitchenette complete with cook ware, dining ware, stove, full size refrigerator, table and chairs. As we continued down the hall way there was a bathroom with a huge vanity and a king size bedroom, with a giant closet king size bed, nightstands, dresser and another flat screen HD TV. The owner lives on the property so any issues are dealt with directly and promptly. We booked months in advance so we had a sizable discount. Even if you booked the day of the price cannot be beat. I would definitely stay again if and when visiting Madeira Beach, Florida.

We stayed at this hotel as a mid-point in our way to Orlando. The staff was excellent and very helpful. It was a newer hotel and I found it to be very clean and well maintained. The rooms were large and clean. It was easy to find off the interstate and in a great area.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast has hot food, fresh fruit, yogurt and cereal, including hot oatmeal. Coffee is Starbucks. Rooms were spacious and clean. They even gave us chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Roger Dean stadium real close and we got to watch some baseball practice.

The location on the Gulf side was beautiful! Slept to the sounds of the ocean each night. The room is not fancy, but the bed is comfortable and the view is awesome. Hotel staff are friendly and we enjoyed talking to them about the area. Great hotel to enjoy the beach.
