Best neighborhood pharmacy! The lead pharmacist Molih is beyond accommodating and friendly. He knows his medicines and gives expert recommendations. The pharmacist tech, Earl, treats me like family and calls me by my name. I feel like a valued customer every single time I walk in. They always offer the lowest prices for medication and have a great store with a wide variety of items for sale. I love going here and will always send everyone to the best little pharmacy in the city!!

I recently settled an almost-20 year very complex workers comp case. I used every pharmacy, including Walgreens, CVS, Costco, Walmart, Sav-on, Thrifty, Rite-Aid, and was given a free dose of a migraine with every medication refill. But my husband never gave up trying to find someone who would take the time to listen to our situation. Then he found QHR on Westcliff. The pharmacist, Mohli, listened to what he had to say, the problems we encountered, our needs, our requirements. We have now been with QHR for years, and will until we no longer need medication. Since my husband handles the meds for me, I have spoken to only some of the staff at QHR and they have all been the best. They all show us care and compassion, even with my complex condition. To that end, I’d like to send a Shout-Out to Earl and Lindsey for always treating me with care and respect. My apologies to the rest of the staff for not having spoken to you to thank you personally, but thank you all at QHR. You made our life so much easier with one less thing to worry about. Keep up the great job you’re all doing.

I’ve been a customer for a while now and I don’t regret switching from the bigger pharmacies. I have never had a problem filling my prescription and the staff is always very nice to me. If you’re tired of your big box store pharmacy, please consider QHR.

This is my new favorite pharmacy. After always having to deal with long wait times at CVS I finally found the pharmacy that provides not only amazing customer service, they also deliver to my house! Molih has been so helpful and patient with me, they deserve more than 5 stars! I couldn’t be happier with them!

I just recently moved to Las Vegas and prior to this I was using CVS pharmacy. I didn't know about the little moms and pops store pharmacies until a friend of mine introduced me to her neighborhood pharmacy (QHR Pharmacy) which is just down the street from where I live. For 3 months now I have been using this pharmacy to fill my medications. The staffs are great, very polite, and friendly. They would even deliver my medications upon request. The delivery driver, Eli, is a great gentleman, always on time with my deliveries. Since I have to move around in a wheelchair, the staff would open the door to let me in the building and also hold the door for me on my way out. The would even assist me carry my shopping bags to my car. They are the best in town and please just don't take my word for it get to know them.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!! My husband has been getting his medication here for years. Asked today (spoke with Anna) if we could have his meds delivered as both my husband and i are sick. Was told that would be no problem. I called around 12-1pm. Called back around 5pm because we hadn't received them, or a call. husband spoke with Anna who said he'd need to come in and get them. She didn't explain why. I called back and asked to speak with the head pharmacist (who didn't give me his name, but had a thick accent) who was rude and unprofessional. He stated someone called at 4:30ish and left a message. That's a LIE!! NO ONE called, and there certainly was no message left. I mean let's be honest, if someone had left a message explaining that we needed to pick the meds up, why would i be calling to ask what was going on and where they were??
He continued to argue with me that his staff had called, that i must not know what my husbands phone said (although it was sitting in front of me) or what my husband had been told (even though he was in front of me when he called and spoke to Anna)
What happened to customer service? How hard would it have been to appologize, get your driver in the car and deliver my husbands meds??!! But no, I'm just a crazy person calling to make up lies about whether someone called and left a message or not. Absolutely appalling!!! Total and complete incompetence, that i don't want anywhere NEAR my husbands health care. Your staff needs a crash course in customer service, and having worked in healthcare it amazes me someone like your head pharmacist still had a job with his attitude. Don't worry though, my husband will no longer be a problem for your company because clearly it's rocket science to drive meds across town to corresponding patients. I immediately called CVS and moved everything there.
