Marly is the best salesperson I've encountered. Not only did she save me a lot on my renters and life, she made the whole process so quick and easy. She was definitely very friendly but still professional. She answered all the questions I had about the process and making sure I had the coverage i need for a great price. Marlynne was my Represenative who Literally helped me out from start to finish, making sure i understood my Life Insurance Policy, to ensure that my family and my daughter would not have to worry In case of anything. she was very thorough with all the information and fees if there was any additional. She unlike others that were in contact with me made me very comfortable and confident in going with Statefarm for this coverage. Will definitely recommend going through them for any INSURANCE COVERAGE !

I can honestly say this is the best agent in town, his staff is always friendly and happy to help. But, they're super knowledgeable. Sirena, Abigail, Roxanna and Melissa are the best I've had zero complaints or issues since I switched over to State Farm or better said Matt Keim office. They Rock.

Melissa was super friendly and patient with me during our call for a renter’s insurance quote! I had no idea what I was getting into, but she was able to answer each and every one of my questions no matter how simple the answer was! When I called again for additional questions and to make sure I had completed everything properly, I got Richard instead, but he was just as kind and helpful!!! I hope all insurance offices have such amazing employees!!! :)

Amazing Service! I came into the office to insure my cars and although I was a bit confused, Abigail did such an amazing job answering all my questions and concerns. Insurance can be confusing and the payments initially seem high but Abigail made sure to explain every bit of confusion I had. Abigail made sure to help me pick a plan that was for my best interest and one that benefits me. I have never been happier to pay a bill in my life. She is an amazing and professional young lady. I recently visited here since I wanted to lower my car insurance since it has gotten out of hand lately. I was helped by Richard and Melissa who made my experience amazing. They were super attentive, kind, and knowledgeable while guiding me about their insurance policies. Even though the State Farm’s insurance was a little out of my reach for me, both Melissa and Richard made a welcoming environment for me.

I hate this office. I have never spoke to Matt Keim once in the couple of years I have been here. Last week before Thanksgiving, I called because I looked at my bill which was going to run about $170 for a prius C. I have an excellent driving record. The gentleman I spoke too said he would either call me back Friday the day after thanksgiving or Monday. I assumed Monday because of the holiday weekend. Never called me back, to discuss my discount payment options it is now Wednesday. He also said he would take off automatic payment so I wouldn't be charged the 169.81. He didn't, so it charged me the full amount. His response, "it was an honest mistake". I'm sorry I don't know how this is an honest mistake especially since our whole conversation revolved around how I wanted lower monthly payments for my faithful loyalty and excellent driving record. If I could give zero stars for this office I would. This isn't the first time they haven't called me back. I wanted to switch offices to a Henderson location because it would be closer and more convenient for me as a loyal customer. No response. Over this office, done and done. Mind you my bill was 117 and jumped up to 169.81, yeah I'm upset.

Its great if you let them take a monthly deduction from your bank account..but if your 12 year old nephew is in the hospital with Cancer, and you pay online they will make you pay 30$ for what was once 13 and some change.
