Was looking for a place to get a new car fob as I “accidentally” washed my old one with a load of laundry. Knowing that the dealership would charge an arm and a leg, I decided to reach out to All City Locksmith, as they advertised selling replacement car fobs. I decided to go down and met and talked with the owner Joey. He was super helpful and got me hooked up with a new key and made me an offer I couldn’t refuse to make me a second one so I would have a spare. I was in and out quick. Glad I stopped by. Recommend using them if you live in the Summerlin area.

I needed a locksmith that could replace a lost car key/fob. I worked with Joey, who was very professional and efficient in procuring and programming the new key for my car. He also made some additional keys.
I highly recommend this locksmith for all of your key and safe needs.

Good value and they helped me re-key a new rental I have. Joey and All City were super fast and made it out the same day. All the other Locksmiths I've dealt with in Summerlin near my house were trying give me the run around on price. Recommend these guys

I started using all City Lock 3 years ago for my company to make duplicate keys and difficult high security keys they proved to be so dependable and cost-effective I insisted that they be brought aboard to take care of all the keys and locks needed for our high security homes and facilities. so it was standard reason what I bought my own home there was only one company I would choose to install my high security locks keypads and deadbolts. That is all City lock, this company is the most knowledgeable they have the best quality products and are never too busy to answer any customer's question. Thank you guys for taking such great care of us all these years, you have a customer for life

Top-notch customer service. Very polite and friendly. My car key had been worn down after several years of use and he was able to copy it to perfection. Great prices too. Highly recommended.

We've had at least 300 keys duplicated there over the past 3 years and have had only one not work in ask that time. We've had 20 keys duplicated at the big box store and had five fail. All City does a thorough job and is our go to guy!

Great family run business. I have always found them to be reliable and on time. Father that runs the office is the best. He is very accommodating and tried to help you in any way he can. Would highly recommend.

I called to see if they could open my home safe since the key was lost. I tried to ignore the tone in the person's voice who answered the phone, but my first impression was that he felt I was a nuisance and wanted to be immediately off the phone. Perhaps he was very busy with people in the store, so I continued my inquiry. I asked how much it would be and he said he didn't know, that I would have to bring it in. The impatient tone continued, and I continued to try and give him the benefit of the doubt. I really wanted to get an idea of how much it was going to be, somewhere between $10 and $1000? I have no idea. So, I asked if he could give me a ball park, and I asked if it would be in the neighborhood of $1000. He told me that was ridiculous and didn't make any sense. Why would they charge $1000 when I could just go buy a new safe, in a very condescending tone. On the surface, I was perplexed by this question, because to me the statement didn't make sense. So, I brought up the idea that maybe there was something in the safe that would be very important to me, so I would be willing to pay $1000. Then, once again, in an extraordinarily condescending tone, he said they don't charge $1000. I hung up. I'm really happy for them that apparently business is so good, they don't need any more. I will not use this company.

Had a terrible experience here! This place is selling used car remotes with a 500% markup. I spent $350 to have a key made and for a remote(that isn't even the right one) that is listed online for $40. Of course you have to pay up front and there are no refunds. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

They sold me a key/key fob to my truck for $400 then three days later the key started falling apart every time I tried to start the truck. I taped it together and returned to the shop a week later. The guy tending the shop couldn't help resolve the issue and said I'd need to return when his son returned later the next week. I had to leave town and hadnt made it back to their shop until a month later. When I finally met with the son he refused to replace it since it no longer worked. ???
    This place gets an F!

Brought in a couple blanks to have them cut because I was told that my make/model needed a specific blank that many places didn't carry. Got lectured about buying blanks on the internet. Charged $15 per key to have them cut. He spent maybe 30 seconds cutting the keys. Brought them back home and they don't work. After looking, they don't even really match the original. I would NOT recommend this place. Terrible service and will not get the job done.
