The video on their website is bogus, I would give them negative stars if i could, the people that came to our house were slow, unenthusiastic and inefficient. They don’t really want to clean so they stretch out how long it will take to do a task. At the end of the day it was a waist of time and money, we had to re-clean EVERYTHING they said they cleaned, I would NEVER use this company again!

I had a lot of things go wrong during our move from Florida to Las Vegas Nevada but calling Mayberry's maids wasn't one of them. The team showed on time and my house was spotless ready for us to move into from the ceiling to floors. I'm so grateful to the great people in the office who helped us get the dates and times together to the two wonderful ladies who came to our home and Migal the carpet tech. Thank you all so very much you made the house fell like a home.

Scheduled them to clean our whole house before we moved in as well as clean the carpets. I just left them there as I had to work and couldn’t be at the house with them. Over the phone the man told me to just let them know what I wanted them to focus on. When they arrived I was signing stuff and said “so do you just want me to let you know what to focus on?” And the woman rudely replied “Um I think I know what to do, I’ve been doing this for a while.” And rolled her eyes. I then just kindly said my main concern was wiping out all the cabinets and drawers. Well I think that might have been all they did. There was tons of caulk dust everywhere in all the sinks that would have been gone had they even just wiped it with a paper towel. The carpet cleaner was a different person that I had to pay separately and the carpets were wet when they were done, however, I don’t think they even vacuumed because there was still tons of cat and dog hair (which I’m allergic to) from the previous owners. I had to vacuum 3 times after that so I could stop having allergic reactions. It was not worth the $400 I paid and I wouldn’t use them again.

I went to this company a few weeks ago for an interview.. And the lady was very unprofessional. She looked me up in down as if i was i didn't belong. Funny part is.. As soon as I got their, it was a black guy who welcomed me in. Asking if i had experience? I told him yes! He was like okay cool. It would be nice to have more BLACKS WORKING HERE BECAUSE HE WAS THE ONLY ONE. HE THEN FINISH THE CONVERSATION OFF SAYING OH, BUT THEY NOT LIKE THAT! 🤷 THE WOMEN GAVE ME A 30 SEC INTERVIEW LOL SMH EQUAL OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL!

My dad buy beat down homes and we flip them. We hired the mayberry maids to clean them after the project is finish. And let me tell you. They are awesome. A++++ 💯! I would recommend them to anyone that needs their home clean. Don’t let these bad reviews fool you. Tessa is who you want to clean your home.

While you can no doubt hire a cheaper independent maid/cleaner, this service was perfect for us. We had been away from our apartment for 9 months and it was incredibly dusty and dirty. A surprise guest was due into town, and we were both too busy with work to thoroughly whip the place into shape.
I called Mayberry's Maids and they were able to schedule a team for the very next morning. They arrived on time and couldn't have been more courteous or attentive to every detail. By the time they left, the apartment looked brand new. Such a relief.
For the speed, quality and ease of service, it would be impossible for me not to recommend Mayberry's Maids.response / report this review -

Paid for 4 hours of cleaning, dusting, vacuum, and moping. They left after 3 hours, and this remained!!! Dust balls, food crumbs in base board corners not wiped down, tile not vacuumed and mopped, pictures on walls not dusted, dining room table, legs, and chairs not dusted. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

Mayberry's is an amazing company. I work for a licensed general contractor and we use them when we need to sub-contract jobs. After seeing their quality of work I paid to have them come clean my house. I'm an excellent cleaner at home or so I thought When I saw the women get on their hands and knees and clean the baseboards around the house I realized I don't think i've ever done that
Just to sum up the service the value to the service is evident as soon as you see the completed work.response / report this review -

I'm so glad I found Mayberrys Maids in the past I have tried many cleaning companies here in Henderson but Mayberrys is the best by fare. If your looking for a cleaning company this one is for you.

Mayberrys is the best maid service I have used in Henderson area. I have tried many but non of them can hold a candle to Mayberrys Maids. Susan and Ester clean like no others I don't know if its the chemicals they use or the many years they have been cleaning but the tile in my master bath looks like new again. I use them now once a month and hopefully in the very near future they can make life life so easy by coming twice a month. My hat is off to the office staff because if you picked these girls out you did a great job and you should do everything to keep them.

Magnificent House cleaning company. We used Mayberry's Maids to clean our new home and the house we just moved out of. We just bought a home in the painted desert community in North Las Vegas area and the home was built in the mid 1990's so it needed some work. The team that came out looked at the home and made their evaluation in just minutes. The Girls were so helpful in pointing out things that I didn't even think of like the tracks for the windows for example . they worked so hard all day to get my new home clean that I almost didn't recognize it when we returned to the home. The bathroom tiles were a different color them we thought when we bought the home. lol . We thought that we were going to have to replace the oven but when they got done with it it looked like new. I was so happy with the house cleaning that when we moved in from our old house I had Mayberrys maids back again to clean that house. I highly recommend that you use mayberrys maids and we will be calling them again you would be hard pressed to find a better house cleaning company in all of Las Vegas.

I contacted Mayberry's Maids to have my house cleaned out. No one had lived in it for over 6 months and all of my wife's possessions including furniture were still in the house. Not to mention a stinky fridge. I live out of state and Gil was my contact. I looked at the options and prices he offered, compared them to 2 other companies and he was by far the best deal. They say you get what you pay for-so you would think the cleaning would be sub par. IT WAS NOT. They did an amazing job and it was a big job. I am so happy with Gil and Mayberry's Maids. I would recommend them to everyone.

They were hired to clean my bf's house when he moved out. They had a list to go off of that was printed off of their website specifically for move out cleanings.
Now you might be wondering how i got involved in all thisWell i got involved, since the 2 ladies that were sent to clean could NOT do their jobsi was on my hands and knees cleaning up what they should have done before the landlord came over to do walk through the second time. Oh yes did i forget to mention that they were called back because they did such a crappy job the first time, that they had to come back to redo the house? Because it was still filthy.
Let's start from the beginning2 ladies were sent over for 4 hours for a total of $240 to clean the house. Mind you they had the list that was printed from THEIR website with "clean baseboards" hand written in to ensure that they would get the baseboards. i can tell you that they DID NOT CLEAN the baseboards amongst other things.
So if they have this list created to "help" customers that are moving out, why can't they train their staff to follow this list???
They sent the same 2 ladies to redo the house One was named Melissa and she was in charge with another lady that was assisting herThey were called back because i checked their work after the first 4 hours and i told my bf to get them back because they did a crappy horrible jobthe landlord concurred when he came to check the house the first time.
I wanted to be there when the ladies came to clean but because of a doctor's appointment , i was not there. But i got there as soon as possible after they left and OMG. They left everything dirty again. Yeah 1.5 hours later, all they had cleaned was the dishwasher. And to top that off, they were giving my bf attitude because they had to come back to redo the house that they messed up on. And on top of that, they lied to my bf and told him that cleaning the garage would cost extra. But if you look at the cleaning list on their website, the garage is included in the move out cleaning. And they told Gil, their boss that they couldn't clean it because it was dirty. So what's the real story? Was it dirty or was it going cost extra???
And the icing to top this entire fiasco off was the 2 conversations i had with their manager Gil at the office. First when a customer is calling to complain, do not interrupt them It just makes them more frustrated. Secondly, do not talk down to them like the customer(me) is an idiot. He basically was telling me that i needed to have reasonable expectations and that they could not make anything look new Thirdly, do not hang up on them when i tell you that i am using the pictures that i am sending you as references to the crappy job done by his staff. Because that is what i did, i sent 6 pictures to him to show him what a crappy job they did and all he could do was hang up on me, when i told him i was writing a review.
All Gil could do was stand behind his crappy crew and tell me that they use ecolab chemicals to clean the houses. Well apparently, they have never heard of elbow grease cuz that's what it took to clean up the mess that the "professional" Mayberry Maids could not clean. All Gil could tell me was that they cannot make the appliances new Like i ever asked them to be new All i asked was that they be clean. Apparently, asking for his Mayberry Maids to clean the house properly was having too high of an expectation. Apparently, I'm supposed to have reasonable expectations as he told me multiple times over the phone. But I'm telling you right now that his definition of reasonable and my definition of reasonable are total opposite ends of the spectrum. If you saw the mess and saw how dirty the house was after they spent close to 6 hours cleaning it You would be as frustrated as i am.
Would i ever use them again? Omg do i look as stupid as Gil thinks i am HECK NO, I WOULD never ever ever use them. Shoot with the way they clean, i might as well save the money and clean it myselfoh waiti paid and I still had to clean. Lesson learnedresponse / report this review -

If you are as particular as I am, you will definitely want Mayberry to clean your house. Melissa and Bea are always punctual, professional and hardworking ladies that know how to make my home sparkle.

I have had Melissa from Mayberry's Maids for almost a year - and she and her team are first rate. Every time they come the apartment looks like a first-class hotel suite. They arrive on time, they remember details from previous visits, and they are pleasant and professional. I have had many maid services over my life (Cleveland, New York and Las Vegas) and they are the best!
