Love this Publix, the employees are great! The store is on the smaller side but always clean and well organized.

Friendly people, working hard to help. First time in this store so I couldn't find things, but everyone was willing to help. Man at checkout lane directing you to next available lane was smart, and people in parking lot made for less traffic.

This place has THE worst customer service from the people you expect it the most, checking out and ordering food. Publix justifies their high prices because of their customer service however this location goes out of their way to ignore and be rude to customers. Most times I get a mumbled mechanic hello, other times I don’t even get acknowledged and sometimes it’s because they’re too busy chit chatting with the bag person. My bill however, is still ridiculously high even though the customer service is ridiculously low. I’ve put up with it for 5 years but the last time was the final straw when the rude hot food attendant had me waiting for 25 minutes (took them over 5min to even acknowledge my toddler and I were there) to order. She says it’ll be 2 minutes. I politely tell her I’ll keep shopping and return to pick up. I return 20 min later (ample time) and not only is my order not ready, she tells me rudely I have to wait for the guy that came after me to be served (I’m 7.5 months pregnant with a tired fussy toddler). And then proceeds to chit chat with the guy that came after me as she serves him at the pace of a snail about how rude and impatient some customers are and how she won’t have it?! So aside from rude they’re also missing logic or half a brain. I get better customer service from McDonald’s and Walmart than I do from that place. 90% of the employees who come in direct contact with the customer are the rudest people I’ve encountered. I’ve seen irate customers complaining to management multiple times about their experience. Nothing changes and they keep hiring these awful people.

Every Publix store I have patronized has been exceptionally clean. The staff is always polite, courteous, and willing to help find items I was unable to locate. Stores are usually well-stocked and fresh. Produce especially. Have shopped Publix for over 20 years in Pinellas county and you don't keep returning if you are not satisfied. Keep up the good work. Publix will always be my go-to grocery.

I bought a few things yesterday. One of these things was dried meat, because it's nice to have on a journey as a quick snack. When I opened it I was badly surprised, due to most of it was moldy Such a waste of money!

There are several incredibly rude employees in the pharmacy at this Publix store. Never before have I approached a pharmacy counter and been blatantly ignored and not even acknowledged for as long as ten minutes, until the staff turned and the really sweet former pharmacy manager (I think her name was Brie) was gone. A simple greeting would be polite manners and good enough for me. They act is if they're so impossibly busy they can't bear to give a hello. The employees I'm referring to regularly rush me on the phone as well as in person and have an off-the-clock attitude as if I'm interrupting them post-business hours. Not the case. If you hate people so much, don't work with people. I also called to ask if they had a prescription (that I've taken regularly for over 12 years) because they frequently are low on or out of stock and I have to wait for it. (This is the tiniest pharmacy probably in all of Publix's locations.) Knowing this, I often call to find out ahead of time to determine if I need to fill my script at another Publix pharmacy location, because I'd have to go out of my way and need to allot more time to do so. The individual on the phone basically scoffed at me and told me that I "should know" that they couldn't tell me if they had it or not. Um, no, I didn’t know that. And if it were protocol, I would totally understand considering it is a controlled substance. However, given the aforementioned regular shortages, pharmacists from this, and all other Publix pharmacies, have told me the availability over the phone, prefacing it with "yes/no it is/is not in stock, though that may not be the case by the time you get here" - again, understandable. But not only was this individual making me anxious with the palpable desire to hurry me off of the phone, but I was completely caught off guard by what made me feel like I was making a suspicious and outrageous request. Thanks for making me feel like I'm some slimy drug addict planning to hijack the pharmacy, dude. If this weren't the nearest pharmacy to me, I'd have taken my business elsewhere long ago.

I will also note that parking is awful here and the store is so small that they do not carry the same selection of items as you’ll find in larger Publix stores.

It's a great centrally located small store, but the baggers need training. They put heavy items on bread, and cleaners in with meat.

I was cashing out and my cashier, Celia, was so kind ans accommodating to me. I forgot my debit card! And apologized for inconveniencing the line with my large cart because I couldn't pay. She saved my order and put my cart in the cooler so i could run home and grab my debit card. Shes my hero! Saved my day. This publix has always been so good to me and my family. Thank you Celia, Ray, and Michael!

This Publix has to be the worst 1 in the system by far. It doesn't matter if there's 1 person or 20 people in the deli line. You will not find 1 employee moving with a sense of urgency. It's flat out pathetic and disrespectful to those of us who get stuck in those lines for 30 minutes or more waiting for a sub or god forbid ordering boars head cold cuts that the staff doesn't even know how to cut. As a successful owner of 3 delis in NYC you should be ashamed of your selves. I contacted my boars head rep and let him know how awful your representing there brand. This location is with in walking distance of my condo and I rather jump in my car and go somewhere else. I've given this location plenty of chances but today was the last straw. Management you should be ashamed of yourselves. I dare you to ask for your cold cuts to be thinly sliced. 1/2 of it will be thin and the other 1/2 twice as thick. Its a joke. If I owned this Publix I would close it. Your doing everybody a disservice by staying open and causing nothing but frustration. This will be going to the Publix Corporate office as well. Better yet you should let the paying customers cut there own cold cuts, at least they'll take pride in it unlike your employees who don't even know how to use a slicer
