Saltwater pool although small it is fun. The laundry is conveniently located right by the pool which makes doing laundry slot more fun. Bathrooms at the pool have locking coded doors so don't forget to take your code. The office is closed from 2-3 pm but the emergency number produced a maintenance worker to fix our electrical pedestal breaker fairly quickly. Make SURE YOU HAVE A SURGE PROTECTOR! Not just here everywhere. I was so glad I had one when I heard the sparking coming from the pedestal. The Ibis Stork that walks around the park is fun.

Centrally located RV park that also has small houses for rent. Our house was well equipped with stove, fridge, washer & dryer, wifi and very spacious. Sonya and Luce in the office were friendly and helpful.

Not a lot of shade here. Average park, small pool. Not much to do here compared to some other spots we have stayed. Who cares tho, if you RV you don't spend much time hanging around home. Good location, close to a lot of stuff within 10 miles. Traffic around the surrounding area is quite heavy but not too bad right outside of it

We recently stayed the week at Arbor Terrace and stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage! It is just like staying at home! The staff is amazing! The community is really nice as well! This is our new "home" away from home! We look forward to coming back next year!!!

On the internet that says it's a five-minute walk to the beach it's more like a 20 minute drive with the car to get to the beach so there's a false advertisement online to draw you here saying that this is a great Resort when the area is nice but it's not as close to the water they make it sound like

This is our 4th stay here. It's close to everything and inexpensive. We have everything we need supplied for us in the cottages. Friendly neighbors but yet privacy. We even have our dog. We love it here.

Thank you to Ed for everything he did on Easter day.hope he didn't miss Easter dinner. Absolutely loved the cottage rental and will definitely stay there again if needed..

Expensive for the space you get, you can touch your neighbors, no picnic table. Crammed in so tight, cannot even move. Really expected a much better place for the price. Need passes for the showers and restrooms and some kind of tag to use the only pool which was not given out when checked in.
Very disappointed
Will not recommend this place to anyone

Stayed for a month. Loved it. Park is clean and the folks here very friendly. Rates were below average. Certainly a RV park that I would recommend.
