Salt Rock Grill No need to say much more! Steaks are great. Seafood is unloaded at their own dock and just incredibly fresh. Drinks are great and the beer is good. Would like to see a few more local beers on tap!

Sampson is a perfect hospitality employee! We had lunch last Sunday , December 17th. He is a true gem and i hope he is very much appreciated there. The firecracker tuna was outstanding and the rest of the menu was spot on! If you are looking for a beautiful setting and good good I highly advise!

My husband and I ate here with our families and friends after our wedding this past September. The restaurant was beautiful! Everyone absolutely loved their food, and the wait staff was phenomenal. It was a bit loud inside, though it is a large place and it was pretty packed. It has gorgeous views as well, and it’s right on the main strip!

Was super impressed with the dining experience here. We went with a group of 9 on a Sunday afternoon. We all took advantage of their ready to order menu. The food was great, the server was super friendly and attentive. Excellent.

Salt Rock has a consistent quality problem, sometimes good and sometimes not so much, last night was one of those not so much. We had to ask for new bread as the baskets they brought first seemed like they were 3 days old, if fact I was able to bang them on the table, they seemed like hockey pucks. Our waiter seemed confused and hurried. The Brussel sprouts were over cooked and tasted burned. The lobster tail was mushy. They have crowded in to many tables and there is no room to move with out running into neighboring tables. The noise level is unbearable. This restaurant is not as good as in the past, they are living off their former reputation, think it is best left to the tourists that want to dine on the water and pay very high prices.

An excellent restaurant. Consistently great food and service. Dress code is little more casual early on then it is later. I highly recommend it at either time, though there can be a wait later on. Well worth it.

It is not as good as years past. The bread tasted old. The carpet needs redone looks old. Food was decent but for the price could be better. Service is always good. Might fall into the category of tourist trap.

We went on a Saturday night for my husband's birthday. It was really busy around 9pm but we were able to be seated immediately outside. Austin was great! He made ordering so easy. His suggestions made all the difference. I had the seared tuna and my husband had the red snapper. The food was to die for, we loved it! We will return soon.

Food is always excellent. Seafood, steak, salad, appetizer And the bread. We visit the area once or twice a year and eat here every single night of our vacation. Service is usually on point as well. Will always recommend the freshly caught seafood, but everyone in our group agrees that the flown in oysters and crab are just as amazing. I know this sounds weird ordering this at a restaurant, but the meatloaf is really good!

We were late on our reservation, they still got us in right away. Table /view was great. Tasty and very reasonable house wines. The app.& Entree was so good for the pallet. Just a couple small glitches on service no biggie. Will return asap with family and friends.

Over priced is an understatment. I really enjoyed Boondocks more. It was crowded and loud. The best part of this place was the Market where you can purchase fresh fish. If you want to overpay for fresh seafood and enjoy a dinner where you can't here your spouse them this is the spot. The server was OK she tried but the atmosphere was horrible.

Amazing! Middle of day Sunday & no wait. Just call & make a reservation! Before 530p you get early bird specials too. The food, drinks & service were all top notch. Will be going back very soon!

Good views. Nice menu. Although just a bit too pricey for the quality. Had the redfish, it was goodjust not $35 good. Nice live music on the outside deck. Apps are worth it.

This place looks great. The inside is amazing. The view is nice with the large windows. The place is also extremely loud. You get a nice smokey smell as you walk in due to the kitchen being directly to the left. You can watch the chef's cook various meals which is pretty cool. However, the food was mediocre. I ordered the red snapper which was supposed to be a specialty of theirs and caught off the Florida coast. Brought in every day fresh. It was eh, lack of any real flavor. It also doesn't seem to be too family oriented, just another large almost corporate feeling fine dining restaurant. The staff seemed nice enough and were very attentive to our needs. I was highly disappointed with the food after walking into such a great atmosphere. When we go back I have no plans on trying this place again which I feel is a real shame because it has so much potential but nothing really setting it apart. I even forgot the name when I searched TripAdvisor to review.
