Enjoyed our meal. Something for everyone on the menu. Only in the area a few days so only visited one time.
Bad service, today @ 2:40 our server was very slow took him 15 minutes to acknowledge us and he was very rude. As we were asking him questions, he walked away and ignored us like we were inconveniencing him. We ate some food and then ordered a pizza($20.99) to go, and they charged me a additional $.30 for a box for the pizza. And we were told that they don't offer any military discount. I do not recommend this place. We won't go back!
Some of the best daiquiris I've had! I tried the fruit loop and my boyfriend had the Hurricane both delicious and strong, which you should expect with grain alcohol. Food was decent too. We had wings and the chicken philly.
I cannot understand the good reviews for this place. First of all, the food is mediocre at best. My burger was terrible, I actually threw it up when I got back. There is one toilet in the women's room, so there is constantly a line. The bathroom walls and decorations on the walls are COVERED in dust. It looks like years of accumulated dirt in there. Someone needs to clean it. It's disgusting. Do not waste your time and money at this place.
Overall a good experience, our waitress didn't understand English as well as one would hope in the industry but she was attentive which is good. My wife tried the Tuna Tacos which where good, I had the Frog legs which where delicious. there frozen drink menu is outstanding though and a welcome treat after a day in the sun.
The Frosty Frog Cafe appears to be a tourist trap, however, it is definitely not. The food was decent, though the pizza was very greasy and left a taste similar to card board. The drinks were very good though. The Frosty Frog excels much more in drinks than it does food. Service was great, though it appears we got lucky, as service last year was okay at best.
(This is my first negative review ever.) The hostesses tonight at frosty frog were indignant towards customers. Upon arrival neither of the two female hostesses acknowledged us despite our greeting them. We came at 915, so seats were readily available; however, we literally had to wait for both hostesses to finish a conversation with an employee they were both flirting with.
Finally the blond hostess made eye contact and asked us to hold on (No hello) so she could check her phone. Just as we were getting ready to leave, she acknowledged us and showed us to our seat while acting frustrated with us for interrupting her social time.
Furthermore, she didn't let our server know we were seated in his section causing a 20 minute wait before we were even asked for our drink order. (I had to find a server and ask that we be served.)
When we finally placed an order the kitchen mistakenly botched our meals (no bacon, wrong cheese all small things) yet we were still charged for the additional items we requested. Our server was amazing and did a phenomenal job despite not being supported by his staff. The food gets 4 stars, as it was not prepared the way I asked and paid for, but still scored well on plate size presentation and taste.
While the food is good, the first impression a left a really poor taste in our mouths.
Food was overly deep fried. Service was slow.
Love this place! We go back year after year, on a daily basis. Food was excellent, the drinks are AMAZING!
Had wonderful service from Jared (I believe his name was). Served us the first day but always made a habit to come back and say hi on subsequent visits.
Had good food here, the only thing that was wrong with it was my girlfriend (Canadian) wanted nestea but got brought sweet tea which is basically just cold tea with sugar. No big deal though.
Great service, good food. Can't wait to go back!
Justin was our server he was awesome! Super friendly staff and great food. We got the burger and it was delicious!
