Customer service in the deli department isn't even worth a rating of 1star. The lady acted as if she didn't want to help me. I asked for a salad and she looked at me like I was stupid or something. Just horrible.
High quality products, decent prices, pleasant staff and nice selection. I highly recommend.
You should only go to this publix if you hate your life and enjoy wasting time. Staff is hardworking and seems kind but you'll spend a minimum of 1/2 hour waiting for something from the deli. Don't hate yourself and don't waste your life. Find a diff publix to go to.
Great location ( I can walk there!) Clean store. Well lit. ( very important for us baby-boomers) Fantastic manager & customer service.
The cashier Diane was amazing and she was such a sweetheart to everybody around her!!! Im leaving a 1 star review because The woman manager who was on tonight on the other hand had a miserable disposition and I personally witnessed her being nasty to at least 4 employees during my visit. Publix has been great through the hurricane and the managers and staff are always usually topnotch in my opinion. But either she was having a really bad day or someone messed up in the hiring process because the employees working long hours do not deserve that kind of treatment. It not only effects the staff but also the customers.
AMAZING store staff working hard to keep the shelves stocked two days before a category 5 hurricane! And I didn't even have to stand in line more than 5 minutes. Much respect!
I have been shopping at this Publix for 30 years. The last several visits have been extremely disappointing. As people are allowed to bring their dogs in. I stopped shopping at Walmart for food many years ago because they have a policy that allows everyone to bring Their dogs in. That are not service dogs! Especially in the food department! Disgusting! On my last visit I spoke with the manager and she said that she cannot ask these people to prove that it's a service dog. I think that's wrong! I don't want to buy my food where dogs are allowed to shake, cough or pee! I have a cousin that's been training service dogs for almost 50 years. And she said that you are not discriminating by asking to prove that the dog is a licensed service dog. But the manager at Publix told me that they can't ask these people. As much as I love My Publix, I think it's time I start finding another place to buy my food.
I.m. Very dissatisfied with the baggers abilities. They need Mo
Always in and out of here with no problems, never had any trouble despite some of the low-end reviews. The only problem is the slow deli but understandable.
Great store! The staff is always helpful and friendly. Clean and bright.
0/5 but I can only give 1 star.
I went to this Publix. Management and loss prevention usually follow me around but I act like I don't notice. Then One day I confronted management about that issue. "she claim "we don't have people following you around and sorry if you feel that way". After I spoke to her about that issue, mysteriously no one followed me again but this ain't the issue This is the real problem. Everyone in the store seems friendly but for some reason customer service are VERY unfriendly. I went to this store on Atlantic and Rock Island. I had A 20 piece chicken. The chicken wasn't cook all the way (still pink in the inside) no big deal. I was told to get another one in the deli department and this time I've asked can day make it well done. Someone in customer service was paging the deli department on 101 or something like that. By the time I got home and getting ready to enjoy my food. I said to myself "let me count this" after I counted, the piece that i ate they deducted it from my replacement. 0/5
The deli is the worst !!!! I bought a tender sub and it was cold and the bread was hard and crumbling The publix deli on 441 and Campions Blvd is much better!!! Never again will I get a sub from this deli
