  I went into Alex's bike shop today and was greeted with wonderful customer service and friendly workers. They also gave me great advice on which bike would best fit my needs, and I got a free tuneup!

  We visited Alex's Bicycle shop looking for bikes for my son and daughter. We had excellent attention and service from Brad. He helped find the right bike for each, who had very different heights and brand aspirations.
  Brad worked with our budget and we were able to individualize 2 bikes with accessories and leave ready to ride in no time! If you are shopping for a bike, I recommend Alex's! They have numerous brands and price points, from toddler to professional riders!

  We have bought several bikes from Alex's Bike Pro shop and have always received excellent service. Oscar recently helped us find the perfect "big girl bike" for our daughter and she is thrilled with it! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

  Bradley is awesome. He went above and beyond to ensure that I would have the perfect bike for my needs. There is no pressure here but just a willingness to provide the customer with the best experience possible.

  My husband bought his bike at Alex's Bicycle Pro Shop. Our service rep, Brad, was outstanding. There was no pressure in the sales and once we selected the bike, he made recommendations for other equipment--some of which we took. The shop has a very large selection of both bikes and accessories. The store is clean and well kept and all the staff were attentive. We will definitely be returning to Alex's many times in the future.

  I went to several bike shops before buying. This was the only bike shop that cared about the customer. I got a fantastic deal and it felt like buying from a family member versus the other shops that made me feel like I wasn't even there! I highly recommend this pro shop! They put the pro in everything they do! Thanks :)

  What a professional operation at Alex's Bicycle Pro Shop! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Their goal is to put you in the right bike, not the most expensive! I bought my daughter her first bike there, and ended up going back and buying one for myself too! Worth the drive!

  Thanks to the guys at Alex bicycle pro shop I was able to ask all the questions I needed to help me choose my new bike and have it shipped to Trinidad and Tobago. James and Ed understood that I was not able to to just come into the shop so they gave me all the advice they could. I will definitely be doing any further business regarding my bike with them.

  Nice indie place to take your bike. I've done a few tune-ups here and purchased a few accessories. The employees are friendly and helpful. It is a little pricey, however. But I do recommend this as a great local place to shop.

  Excellent bike shop! My bike has been making a strange noise that no other shop has been able to figure out for years! I brought it here and FINALLY it is fixed! I no longer have to sell my rode bike! Great prices too!!

  These guys are great. Always helpful and always quick to help find the parts to get me on the trail again. They made special effort to get me the right parts quickly above and beyond what I would expect. Best bike store around.
