  I called all the shops in the area and i could not believe that this shop in it's downtown boca location was the most economical of any i called for a service. $35.00 almost all shops were close or over $100.00. The service is wonderful and fast. New chain and service $76 bucks great value. Love these guys.

  Don't buy here they are crooks! I ordered a part a month ago, got no receipt whatsoever or proof of purchase, although my card was charged. I called the next day and then again after that. No one answers the phone at the online shop. Called local shop who said he emailed online shop. Then after another day I emailed to cancel my order and then called. Again no communication whatsoever. After nearly a month now and several emails and phone messages, they still have my $100+ and I have nothing. Worst service ever, and frankly theft at this point.

  Had an awesome experience a great time buying 2 beach cruisers from the Boca Bike Shop team. Terry was the one who helped us out and can't see how the process could have been any easier and we got a great price on our new wheels! Really enjoy the energy and atmosphere of the bike shop as I have been in a lot of nice bike shops where the owners and staff are stuck up and don't care about you unless you are buying a $5,000 bike or more. Not at all like that with the Boca Bike Shop team.
  
  I will definitely be making referrals and coming back to them with all of my future biking needs.
