  My son bought a bike for his 4 year old daughter online over 6 months ago. When he recently put it together, he found out that one of the pedals could not be installed. I visited B&J this past Saturday to see if they could help. I was immediately greeted and offered help. It was explained to me that there was a right pedal and left pedal and that my son was probably sent two of the same. Instead of assuming this was the case, I was offered help with getting the bike out of my trunk and the bike was looked at. Unfortunately, we had two right foot pedals. I purchased two pedals at a very reasonable price and the gentleman tightened everything up and added air to both tires. He also placed the bike back in my trunk for me. I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes and the gentleman who helped me was just great! Super nice and very professional!

  We were recommended by a friend to check out an amazing deal on a Scott mountain bike. We did our research too and found that the Scott bike is a great deal. What came as a bonus was the great service and recommendations for our biking needs. We're spreading the good word!

  What a great shop!! Someone helped me right away and even helped me get the bike out of my car. The staff listened to what I needed and offered the right solution. No one tried to up-sell what I did not need. I highly recommend this shop!

  I'm organizing a bike-a-thon from Coral Springs, to Arlington, Va, I came in with my 20 yr plus Colnago Master Plus bike, James replaced a spoke with great care, he adjusted my entire bike, however the best part I bought my first carbon fiber bike here, I'm so happy I was given a great price and now I will be able to enjoy my upcoming event. Thank you so much James, Vinnie, and Bobby. I would recommend this store to everyone in Broward County. 5+ Stars.👍🏼🚴🏼

  I'm so glad I told him I needed a long stem bike tube three times so many times that I felt I didn't have to check it guess I should have. their prices are too high and he's always so busy flapping his gums with somebody in the store that they don't pay attention to what you're asking for

  I have taken my road bike to a few different shops for a tune up, but no other store took as good of a care as B&J. By the time I left, I felt I had a new bike. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. They earned a repeat customer, that is for sure. See you again, soon.

  B & J's was highly recommended to me so I went and immediately met Vinnie. I was in the market for a mountain / trail bike, and being a newbie I didn't want top of the line, but wanted a good bike. I also wanted a place I could return to if I had questions or needed help in the future.
  
  Vinnie listened to me and asked questions - something the other bike shops I had previously visited did not do. I asked him lot of questions and Vinnie was a wealth of knowledge.
  
  I bought a bike that I am very happy with & I know I can visit B & J's for any help I may need in the future. No other bike shop could/would have given me the deal on the bike I purchased. (I feel like I stole it from them.)
  
  I highly recommend this shop, they sell all styles of bikes and for any level of rider. The employees have zero ego, are very helpful / informative, and love what they do.
