I went there to buy tools for my own repairs. The owner laughed and stated he would love for me to attempt the repair myself so he can charge me 5X more when I bring it in. EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!

This place is the absolute worst. Please avoid at all costs. The staff behind the scenes are awesome. They are excellent at fixing bikes but unfortunately the owner has all control and loves to overcharge. I cannot tell you enough how bad this place is because of the owner (grey beard). Please please please avoid and go anywhere else except this place. On top of it all the owner likes to make you feel like an idiot and does not realize that he has to compete with other stores and the INTERNET

Frenchy taught my teenage son how to ride a bike! I have been trying to teach him for years with no luck. I think he could probably teach absolutely anyone! Everyone at this bike shop is super nice, warm and friendly, and I would highly recommend it.

Have been a customer of Frenchies for 10+ years and always receive great service there! Fair prices, knowledgeable staff, and they do great work on my bike. In case you are not a people person you can always deal with one of their talking parrots ;) Highly recommend!

What a great experience! If you want your child to learn how to ride a bike Frenchie is your guy! My very stubborn 6 year old learned how to ride on his second lesson! Frenchie is patient and takes the time to explain everything so that you are comfortable and confident! highly recommend!!

Great place to learn how to ride a bike the right way. I looked for bike classes everywhere, couldn't find one and finally! I found Frenchies Bicycles. The owner gives you a lesson for half an hour. I'm 19 and today Frenchie taught me how to ride a bike. I rode around a small parking lot. I couldn't be more thankful of finding this place.

Way overpriced they charged me $39.00 for a tube replacement and install for a front tire tube then tried to upsell me on an overhaul of a bike less than 4 months old . saw me coming but didn't realize I would write this review. SHop around called the other bike shop in Coral Springs and they quoted me 1/2 the price

I called about bmx pegs and the guy said he had a lot and he can't go through all of them. After asking if he carried plastic pegs he said nothing and hung up. I'm about an hour and a half away, and this is the only place that stocks bmx parts near me (if you call 90 minutes near) I want to know if it's worth coming because I don't want to waste time. It won't kill you to actually be nice to people who may potentially buy stuff from you

Frenchie taught my granddaughter to ride her bike in just 4 lessons. He said it would take 3-6 lessons but she was a fast learner.
He is GREAT with kids. You do not have to buy a bike from him in order to have him give lessons to your child or grandchild.response / report this review -

The owner of this bicycle shop is one of the rudest, most unfriendly and unhelpful retail shop owners I have ever met. It's amazing this store is in business considering the way he treats his customers. I regret every dime I've spent here. Unfortunately this place is one of the few Raleigh outlets in the area. I like Raleigh, though few others feel the same.
Go to Alex's Bicycle Pro Shop in Coral Springs if you want to be treated like a valued customer. Avoid Frenchiesfor your own good! :-(response / report this review
