  This Publix is known for its friendly atmosphere but they are not known for preparation. It’s 8 o’clock in the morning and you open at 7 am but cannot take ore orders for your food? You know you sell a hot commodity item on Wednesday’s and you have had 20 pre orders and you don’t know if you have enough chicken doesn’t seem like you are well prepared.

  After waiting patiently in line for about 10 minutes I️ was told to wait and she would be with me in a moment. She then proceeded to take 15 minutes to attended the customers in line BEHIND me. Once she is finished she comes to me and tell me I️ must complete a form on the side of the building. I’ve just waited for 25 minutes I️ was furious. Not only did she not care enough to listen to what I️ needed she did not give me the information and made me stand there for no reason the entire time. Publix is about customer service but Kathleen had none.

  Slow, lazy degenerates work at this Publix. 35 minutes to get 2 subs made with nobody infront of us. Go ask help from manager, and go figure, shes just as slow and lazy as her staff. Publix needs to clean house at this store!! Horrible shopping experience.

  Coral Springs is now officially ghetto. This store is the worst. If you want to feel completely uncomfortable then definitely come here. Nothing good about it at all.

  Very clean & excellent service in every department, along with checkout, the pharmacy & store managers. The entire staff does an outstanding job.
  
  Only one problem at this particular Publix is the small size of the store. As a result some items aren't available & certain sections have limited choices. Otherwise, I'd give it five stars.

  Happend by the mark down rack and found juicy juice $4.49 at 1/2 price --- $2.25 they rang up .95€ I bought them all --11 ct. funny thing i'm not a juice drinker. Impoluse buyer. I've got to stop that

  This store is right by my apartments & the staff is very friendly especially the pharmacists there. I usually don't shop very often since it's pricey here but I go to pharmacy more often! I like there customer service 👍

  If you like ladies talking loud and spitting all over your sub, if you like people pan handling, if you enjoy shopping with the hoodlums of coral springs, head on over here! Clifton is great, but that's it!

  I love Publix subs! So I went to grab one here for a quick dinner. The lady who made the sub was rude and sliced the cheese thick enough for 3 subs. I went here again tonight and a nicer lady was working there. I asked for white bread and she said their was no more so she gave me the most dry Publix bread ever with a messy sub.

  I ordered a sub from the deli. I have a limited amount of time for lunch and no car so I had to walk 15 minutes each way to pick up my sub. When I got it back to the office it was completely wrong! You may be wondering why I'm leaving a five star review!
  
  Well being really pissed off I called the store and asked for a manager. I explained my situation that I couldn't walk back now and I was stuck with a sub I really didn't like. Without hesitation the manager asked me what was on the sub that I wanted and my address. In under 15 minutes he was at my door with the sub!
  
  Mistakes happen, things go wrong, but this is an great example of excellent customer service.
