  Rude employees. Very expensive. Poor quality produce. Make sure you check expiration date on meat .

  Really tried to give the deli a chance but enough is enough. Deli is consistently understaffed. Placed an order online, went 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and it had not been made yet. If ordering from the hot foods the manager and employees will continue to do everything else other than help you. After standing in front of them for 15 min they will ask if you need help. Poorly ran deli, no sences of urgency whatsoever. Went today, manager cleaning fryer, one person on subs, another at hot foods, no one in the deli.

  We went to deli/hot foods area. To get our Lunch, and an employee saw we had been waiting for 10 minutes for hot food. They came over to us but as soon as someone walked up to the deli side for cold sandwiches. The Employee went from the hot area to the other side completely ignoring us! Don't even deserve a 1 rating,but you have to put a rating. We go here all the time first time we were treated this badly. My fiancee complained to manager and nothing was done about it!

  Ordered 7 whole subs from deli , I am always a big fan of publix but what a disappointment in service and quality of actual subs were so poor and careless. There was literally one speed to her she never even tried to be fast. The lettuce on sub was brown. So disappointing when you spend good money. This isn't cheap.

  I live in Michigan. Last month when I stayed in Ft Myers, we shopped several times at this Publix. I bought a Ft Myers Beach cup that I loved, but unfortunately it was lost last week. We called down to the store, and they are mailing me a new cup tomorrow! Free shipping too!! I am so happy - what great service. btw the store is always clean and all the workers are so friendly and kind too. Great store! 5*****s++
