Great improvements over the past couple of years. Office staff very friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff is there to help you with a moment's notice. Love it there.

Booking with the owner was easy and very accommodating. RV sites are level and facilities are clean and well thought out. My site was on the water with a amazing views and easy access to Fort Myers Beach FL Overall a perfect RV location

This RV Park is a hidden gem convenient to Fort Myers Beach. Shuttle service is a highly because you can leave the car parked enjoy the beach without the hassle of parking. Restaurants within walking distance. Located on the water so you can fish if you like. Well maintained, good Wi-Fi, $$, and friendly service

Manager, husband, and office personnel are very helpful and nice. Resort is well kept. We love to go and hope to continue going there in the future. If you obey the rules of the resort, there is no problem. Alessa, Alex, and Debora are assets to this resort. The areas are very clean and well kept. The resort is usually quiet.
They are very pleasant and polite

Nice place with a slip for each camping spot. The trailers on premesis are nice too but the manager Alisa was not very friendly and treated us pretty badly. Not sure if we'll be going back anytime soon.

What a mess this place has turned into.. The new management (Denise & Alisa) since mid 16' is unbelieveable. I thought for sure they would be gone by now. They both are in dire need of coping and communication classes. They act as if they could care a less about your business, and just down right rude. I remember from last year the new girl Alyssa spent most of her time at the pool intoxicated and dropping the f-bombs. The kids were diving into pool splashing paying customers and the drunk management (their kids) did nothing.Trust me stay away Go to Gulf Waters RV, where classy families can vacation in dignity.

Family & I stayed here for a weekend twice in the summer of 2015. Thought I had submitted a review of this place then, but must have forgot with all of the RV parks we have visited. This park was very nice, clean, well maintained & excellent for fishing. My boys & I caught so many fish & a wide variety. We also were blessed with seeing dolphins play near our water front site. Pool & jacuzzi is well maintained & appears to be the highlight of the place. Many people were always using it. Staff are super friendly & accommodating. Close to the beach & close to many great stores & restaurants. We will stay here again.

New management sucks!!! If you are AFRICAN AMERICAN or HISPANIC DO NOT COME HERE THEY ARE RACIST 2 years ago it was nice and fun to come here with your family at this moment there is 2 woman including one of their husband that are racist and when they found out one of our family African American they didn't get off our backs and taking pictures of us like if we were criminals and treated us like dogs. the manager was drunk and smoking cigarettes and couldn't even speak to us like human beings and the pool says no diving and their family that had kids that called the manager "hi grandma" they were throwing themselves diving in the pool and didn't even tell them nothing.. the way they referred to my family was those African American people like if we were trash or dogs we asked for a nice man that use to work here that was the maintenance man and the manager said who the Jamaican man? I fired him long time ago this people have no idea who they messed with.. I will be calling my lawyers today I thought I was going to have fun with my family for Mother's Day but I was wrong!!!! Do not come here. if I can say more of the bad experience I had it will be more like a book..I don't understand why take pictures of my family ??? Without letting us know anything or asking us anything!!!!! I will never i my life come here again dirty bathrooms something that never happened before and my husband that is black, he forgot he's card and asked her the code that he is a guest and told him NO BECAUSE SHE DOESNT know him!!! When she knows that he was a guest!!! We had to come out of the pool with our kids it is very saddening.

Great place to stay at. We are here now. Office staff is very nice, SUPER, SUPER clean & quiet. Newly paved roads & new picnic tables. Sites are wide & comfortable for our 28ft RV but not long enough to comfortably accommodate your vehicle in front of the RV.

The views are absolutely stunning & it has a clean dock behind each site to park your boat. That alone takes the cake. Our neighbors on either side are amazing & immediately offered a fishing pole when they saw my 3 year old son.

My wife & I plan on starting to come here at least once p/month. We are in love with this place.

Love love love San Carlos. Right on the waters edge. We love kayaking so it's easy to put them in and go. Park has laundry, THE MACHINES ONLY TAKE CREDIT CARD. Thought I'd warn y'all. Also a very nice pool.
