This office is a Trainwreck. Every employee is miserable and it shows in every encounter they have. They have no patience for explaining policies to the public and are easily angered or offended. Typical example of a public office run by incompetence and management that doesn't care. I have never had a good experience at this place in 10 years. The lack of personality and people skills is evident in everyone in the building.

Went to get license renewal very busy but expected being first of month. Nicole (nikki) at counter was very sweet and patient processing my info their luckey to have her as employee.also supervisor that had to look at one of my papers very nice. I had dreaded going there walked out with smile on face.thank u

I had a pretty bad experience here before with two very rude woman, but today, God blessed me with the most polite lady ever. I never write reviews but I was impressed with how nice she is, that I wanted to share it. Her name is Terika and she's a pleasant person to deal with. I think she should even train people here in "how to be helpful, respectful and polite".

I've come here three times now in the last year, and every time I come here I have excellent customer service. Most recently I had Mercedes M. who went above and beyond helping me with my situation.

If you do your research, come prepared and have a good attitude, they will be more than happy to help you.

people here need to practice on their Customer service skills, it's call public relations, nasty people work here, did not feel the welcome. :-( starting with the the old hillbilly greetings more like harassing customer then the people behind the desk rude rude rude

Had to wait 50 minutes when there were 4 clerks sitting at their computers talking to each other and doing nothing. There are two rooms full of tax payers who need service. Poor management of resources. They should be cross trained to be able to handle many different transactions. Welcome to Lee County.

Rating on Concealed Weapon Licensing Office. Great experience. Online appointment system worked excellent. 2 nice gentlemen worked to make everything move smoothly. I was very happy with the process compared to the process in CT.
