Terrible Service!
I dropped off my car two weeks ago for minor paint work on the hood(under warranty). Was told I’d have it back in 2-3 days and its still not back it’s still sitting on their lot untouched.
They don’t even return my calls on asking when it will be done. I have to drive there.
Do not recommend going here.
Ask for Raymond Carrington. One of the best I've ever dealt with. And from the manager to the finance dept it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle
Outstanding customer service. Ask for Hank in sales! I drove 4 hours to buy my new truck from them. Their no pressure straight forward approach to sales made this the best buying experience I've had
So far, my experience has been pleasant. We are still in process. I hope this experience continues to be good if not greatTBD
I had to drop the rating to a 3. Customer service needs work. I didn't feel valued.
My experience was pleasant but it was also I felt like it was a rush knowingly that I the salesman knew I didn't want to be there all day. Ram was nice excellent day to buy a truck. My sales guys didn't take the time to sho me the computer info on the dash other connecting my phone to the truck.
I really like how Brad takes the time to make sure I understand every part of my purchase. He pays attention to details and knows a lot! Thank You Brad, I will be coming to ONLY you when it is time for a new car.
Best car buying experience ever! Ralph was absolutely wonderful ! Very professional and down to earth. He worked with me until he got the deal. I would definelty recommend this dealership!
My husband and I bought a car from providence 1 year ago. They are now trying to tell me that it has depreciated $6000 and they can not help us at all. I find their business to be money first customers later and they do not care one bit. They helped us get swamped in a vehicle that no longer suits our needs and are less than helpful to get us out. I will NEVER buy another car there again nor will any of my family!
Service is only worries about making money. They fix the problem but don't care about why it happened so the problem keeps happening. It just is what it is. No more bought a toyota
A very nice and friendly place to buy a car
Great dealership to get your car from!
Respectful & friendly staff. Purchased Honda Odyssey van last month and my buying experience was exceptionally smooth and hassle free. Two thumbs up for Manager Doug Bishop!!!
Herb is the best salesman that I ever met! He went above and beyond his job a very nice guy! I left my old truck there and I hired a trucking co. to bring my truck home back to Wildwood, The trucking co. Took my money and no service, I was going to have someone drive me to providence auto so I could bring my truck home, The people at providence found out what I was going to do, they hired two drivers to bring my truck back130 miles at no charge. Great people to do business with!!! HAPPY DRIVER!
Service department (Dwayne) and Parts (JR) were awesome when I was in need of a new key when I lost it the night before Thanksgiving and was 3 hours from home I would recommend this dealer.. Thanks again
My truck looks brand new! I've never been so happy with a car detailing. I recommended it to all my friends and family members!
Bought a new Dodge Dart yesterday! Awesome service, make sure you ask for Nate!
Jeremy Tuel certainly went the extra mile for me! I needed a truck and he located 2 for me in a 700 mile radius, 1 being in Pa the other Michigan. He provided purchase quotes, fairly, honestly and speedily. I drove a little over an hour to this dealership because of Jeremy. I definitely will be recommending Providence and Jeremy to any and all I can! Thank you Jeremy for your hard work and per distance with the other dealer in getting me my truck!
I COMPLETELY agree with the guy posting about the CarFax issues. My experience wasn't related to that but is directly related to dishonesty. 2008 Jeep Wrangler was bought 6 months after the sales manager was finished test driving it. And it has been a decent vehicle for us up until this past weekend when the first gear seems to have taken its toll on the transmission. Pan was dropped and metal shavings collected in the bottom of the pan. Beware folks: when you think you have an unlimited power train warranty, you really don't. Apparently they don't remind the buyer that you need to have that stuff inspected periodically, even though they have changed the oil and done the service on that vehicle all but a handful of times. Oh, they don't track the VIN number when they do oil changes. REALLY? I have had my other vehicle serviced by two top garages in the area and my bill always has the VIN number on it whether it was an oil change, or something more complex. And I forgot to mention that we missed the grace period for the inspection by 10 days. Now that's some awesome customer service! Way to retain customers and insure that they come back for their next vehicle. Never again will I give them my business nor will I probably ever buy a Chrysler. GM will at least give you a 60 day grace period.
