Gary, the project technician was very professional his and presentation was top-notched and very easy to understand. He was very punctual with the time quoted. He wasn’t pushy and he wasn’t trying to persuade you to do business with Blue Nail Enterprise.

I felt a very positive vibe with Gary. As he set my expectations of his services, I became at ease with Gary and I didn’t feel like I was conducting business with a hustler or a slick talking salesman.

From the very beginning, these guys were honest and easy to work with. I think I have a high quality roof with high quality workmanship. It looks great! The guys that put the roof on picked up as they worked. They kept the area clean and free of clutter.
The guys kept their conversation centered on the work at hand and polite enough for mixed company. I am really happy with the results.

I highly recommend Blue Nail Roofing. They just completed a complex repair from recent storms that required several visits. Blue Nail proved to me they care completely about excellence in customer service, dedication to quality installation, and the willingness to do everything it takes to get a complex repair done right. The job had difficulties, but they never gave up until the issues were completely solved and done with perfection. They have kind, courteous and truly caring people in ownership and employees willing to work long hours to get the job done right. There are very few companies that show this level of integrity and dedication to excellence. I recommend them for your roofing and other construction or repair needs.

I have used Blue Nail Roofing once and only once. They fixed my roof when I had major hail damage. They were fast and friendly with their service. The day of the install I went to work and came home to a new roof and it looked as if no one had been working. It was a great feeling and had peace of mind using Blue Nail.

Blue Nail had replaced the roof on a house I recently purchased. Since I don't know anything about roofs, and only had some vague documentation, I sent them a note to ask for a little more information about the roof they installed, what its features were, whether it is covered by any warranty, etc.

They got in touch a few days later and provided answers to all the questions I had. I was not thrilled to learn that there was a $395 warranty transfer fee (which is not particularly uncommon) but since the manufacturer wouldn't allow the materials warranty to transfer anyway, it ended up being a moot point. They did offer to come out and have a look at the roof the next time they were in my area, just to put my mind at ease that the guys who did the AC work hadn't done any damage. He pointed out a few things that needed to be corrected, sent me an explanation, and took pictures, which was much appreciated.

Overall I was pretty happy with our experience with them and felt like they went above and beyond to keep us happy.

Working with Blue Nail has been as wonderful an experience as having to get your roof replaced could be. They were recommended by our insurance company, so we knew they were a legit company that we didn't have to worry about leaving our roof in disrepair after the 1st check.

Melissa Caldwell was an amazing consultant - she met with us when it was convenient for us (sometimes 7:30-8pm at night) to go over exactly what was needed and the options available. She was easy to contact and seemed genuinely interested in helping us. Also, she was incredibly friendly. :)

The work was done in one day, with no debris left around to worry about.

I didn't have to work with customer service much, but the times I did I only had good experiences.

I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family!

Blue Nail replaced our hail damaged roof in September 2015. Our representative was Melissa Caldwell who was both knowledgeable and very helpful. She has additional roofing certifications and provided assistance in co-ordination with our insurance company which we very much appreciated. Blue Nail scheduled and completed our re-roof in a timely manner. J. J. and his crew arrived on the agreed on date and worked from sun up to sunset to get the job completed in one day (except for the installation of a new skylight which required special order). J.J. provided frequent updates as the job progress so I was always aware of what was being done. The old roofing materials were completely removed and care was taken to remove any stray nails/screws. Our experience with Blue Nail was '5 star' and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I decided to submit this review now because I hope it will help someone else feel more comfortable about choosing a reputable roofing company in the aftermath of the recent tornados.

Blue Nail did a very poor job on my roof. They took 5 moths to complete and did not do a good job. It did not leak before, and now it leaks. They did not want to fix the leaks around my fireplace because they said I had "rotten mortar." I got 2 other estimates from roofers and both told me that they did not install the flashing right or seal around my fireplace and that is why it is leaking. I paid another roofer to fix the leak for $75. The written warranty I have from Blue Nail is worthless. They over promise and under deliver.

This is to recommend to you Melissa Caldwell at Blue Nail Enterprises. Recently I found a roof shingle in my flower bed, and after the spring storms we had this year, I was afraid it had come off of my roof. I asked Melissa to do a roof inspection for me.
She came to my house on a blistering hot Texas summer day, climbed my 2 story multi-level roof, and refused payment of any type – her roof inspections are free!
Melissa assured me that the shingle had NOT come from my roof, and that it had blown in from somewhere else. She showed me my shingles were of a 40 year roof type and thickness with a measuring tool. Melissa told me that my 13 year old roof was in excellent shape with many good years ahead.
Melissa gave me piece of mind that is priceless, and for FREE!
It is without reservation that I recommend to you Melissa Caldwell at Blue Nail Enterprises.
