P.C.L "Planning Comes Later"
We have bailed them out of their own problems on multiple occasions only to have them not pay us and many others.
I would highly recommend steering clear of these crooks.

Company appears to have a hard time paying their subcontractors and always disputes additional costs that you may have incurred due delays or incompetency from PCL. My suggestion is to hire another company or just do a little research before hiring them and ask some of their subcontractors about their never ending issues regarding payments/billings.
