Omg my first time here and I fell in love! I brought my normal crew only addition was my 79 year old mother, which SHANNA the supervisor on duty completely made her feel like the Queen she is, beyond accommodated my mother and did not make her feel out of sorts of outta place and Zack took the time out and made sure her go cart was the right fit and went the right speed. As for me and my kids let’s just say this was the best go cart place we have ever been too, I’ll definitely be back and I definitely recommend this place as the #1 place for family and friends safe and absolutely fun fun fun!! Thanks you guys! Oh not to mention the Manager even came over to acknowledge my mother and make sure she was safe and comfortable!! What a great company!! Very impressed!! Thanks GUYS!!❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏

Slick Willys is a ton of fun, my friends enjoy going here thoroughly. Additionally they are generous as they allowed a non-profit I am associated with to host an event at a discounted rate. I did have a less than optimal experience with dining that was centered around the server but had nothing to do the with facility itself. Management however took care of the problem and I am happy to continue going there!

Food was OK nothing special plenty to do for the kids they have a big game room where you win tickets for prizes by playing all the games they have a go kart track which appears to be fun we didn't try it

Slick Willy's is awesome. A ton of fun if you're into go-karts, arcades, etc. I haven't really used the trampoline park but that looks alright. The facility is well-maintained and while it's more expensive than cheap kart places around the state, it's definitely worth the extra and any small drive you may have to put into getting there. I drive from about an hour away and it's always awesome. I would recommend going during the week if you can since from 4-close on Monday through Thursday, you can have unlimited kart racing for a relatively low price considering how many races you can get into. On a pretty quiet evening, I was able to put in around 12 races with a friend.

Turned me away for my 21st birthday to race. 1 HOUR before closing. Not to happy. Look into Lehigh Valley Grand Prix. Faster go carts and they actually care about their customers.

I planned a birthday party at Slick Willy's Karts and Eats and I DID NOT get what I paid for by any means. I had a large party of a dozen people. This venue made over $500 on my party. I have emailed the party planner as well as called to speak directly to the manager and have gotten no response from anyone at Slick Willy's Karts and Eats.

When my party arrived 20 minutes before our race time, as we were told to do by the party planner, we were told only half of what we needed to do to register. I had to track down an employee to make sure the rest of the registration went through. The employees at the registration desk were very confused and seemed as thought they had no knowledge of a party. I booked the package that is two races per person and they attempted to up-charge everyone in the party to the three race per person package because they "were not told" that we had booked the two race package. I made it very clear during the booking stage that we were to do the two race package. It took the employees half an hour to figure out the new total, once I brought the up-charge to their attention, which pushed our race time back by a half an hour. In addition, I was charged a $50 deposit to hold my party's spot on the track. We were often standing and waiting to race as there were other people not in our party using the track. Why was I charged a deposit if the track was not held for us?

Food was also included in our party package. I ordered 3 pizzas and was not told when the pizzas were set out for our party. I had to ask an employee if they were in the seating area provided to us that had been blocked off with chairs. I am not sure how long they were sitting out. The plan was for each person in the party to race once, eat, and then the party was to come back to the track for their second races. This was even discussed with an employee. Due to the lack of communication, our party was given a very minimal time to eat before receiving the text notifications that it was time for our second race. We managed to sing happy birthday to the person the party was for and put out the cupcakes taking place of a birthday cake for the members of the party during this short time.

After the party had raced for a second time and come back to the seating area, we realized the cupcakes had been stolen. The only pleasant employee I encountered there replaced the cupcakes with an assortment from the restaurant in the front. I was approached by what I assumed was a manager and told the cameras were being reviewed. I was not given his name and he did not offer to give any contact information for himself, or take any of mine. My guests had their phones and other valuables in the seating area as we were told they could not be taken in the carts. It was a wonder only the cupcakes were stolen. My guests were upset and alarmed. This practically ruined the night.

I have tried to contact this venue two separate ways as I mentioned before. I have received no contact back and no attempt was made to resolve the issue I had there. The party was very expensive and we adhered to all rules we were given only to not receive the service we paid for. I am beyond disappointed and will make sure that anyone I know, that expect to use this venue for the same purpose I did, are aware of the negligence and lack of initiative by employees my party experienced at this venue. The lack of communication to resolve this issue is something I consider very disrespectful to both me and the members of my party.

Love the arcade. Go carts are fun but I paid over $50 for ONE RACE for my two children. Food at the restaurant was ok. Frozen steak. Dry ribs. But the crab dip!!! Omg! I coulda eaten an entire MEAL of that dip and flatbread triangles! YUMMMMM!

Racing was bullshit. They turn you off is you barely bump someone, if someone gets close to you they tell you to let them pass or they turn your cart off. The website said 55+mph cart which is true but you'll never get to it. The only way to speed up is to get fast lap times but they slow you down if you go to fast or try to pass someone without them using a sign telling the other driver to pass. The arcade is big but everything is over priced. $45 for 3 races and a $5 card in the arcade worth 10 credits but all the games in the arcade are 6+ credits. Very expensive food also. Very disappointed!

Local entertainment center for families with toddlers. They have go karts for adults, large trampoline court which accommodates infants, toddlers and teens and adults, arcades, maze for infants, a bar/grill, fast food restaurant and "6D theater". Nice place to release some stress. There's also laser tag on the annex.

Tons of fun but carts are getting old and broken and little is done to avoid mixing people who are there to race with people who probably drive a Prius on a daily basis.

We didn't get to ride karts. I wasn't aware I needed to reserve. They were booked too far out. Played some games, laser tag, and my kids went bananas in the ballocity.

I guess it would have been better if I could have rode the karts.

The speed track Is a lot of fun. They closed the drift track which was a very technical track. They've added some skill games and some video games.

The upstairs where the slick track was is now a trampoline Park.
