I had some issues with paper work last week, and I wasn't very happy with the out come. However, Robert reached out to me instantly in no time, and got everything sorted out for me. SUPER guy, and very professional. They have sure gained me as a client with their treatment, and understanding.

Also, Jessica is defiantly one of the most professional I ever met at any auction. Thank you guys a lot. I love dealing with people who understand small dealers, and support small business's.

I paid a lot of money to get my car out of there tow service and because they were having a show I have to wait 3 days to get my car back and they also would not allow me to come and pick up my children’s car seats. I asked to speak with a manager but the woman kept telling me no she was the only person I could speak to I’m so upset and inconvenienced. I can’t go to work or even get my kids to school.

I have to give them 1 star. I bought car on this auction and it was on green light. I was very disappointed that has so many problems. the vehicle was not graded , it does not appear that they have checked on it.
I had to put in another $500 to make it workable. I would recommend Mainheim more .. sorry Metro..

Dealer only auto auction. 5th anniversary for new building however the business has been going for decades. Very smooth running business, the employees are extremely helpful and courteous.

Stay away I have been to most major auctions nation widethis is the worst of all. Those who know how real and fair auction run are either fired or have quitted. Those left are there representing sellers why drive far to the jungle to through your money to scavengersThere are great and seasoned auctions with huge inventory in the area. Save headache of dealing with these. as to me I will never step my foot there and don't recommend this nightmare business.
