First time in Breckenridge glad we found this spot! Food was excellent as well as the service. By far my favorite dining experience in Colorado. If you can get Eli as your server he is super knowledgeable and added to this great dining experience. Any ?s with menu just ask

I used to enjoy this restaurant about 20 years ago when it was Cafe Alpine and decided to try it again recently. And I am glad I made that decision a few weeks ago to go back. Upon a recommendation from the knowledgeable waitstaff, I tried the Wagyu Flank Steak which was cooked perfectly in a memorable sauce with guacamole ice cream, scrumptious! Next the scallop in a phyllo crust was also a smooth, savory dream. Dessert was as good in the Harry Potter cauldron cake with chocolate pop rocks-pretty magical too. The atmosphere was lovely and service was exceptionable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and will be back to move of the chef's creative combinations.

Food is excellent! The menu needs to be dumbed down not to scare people away. Food is amazing, if you are a common eater don't let this menu scare you away it's great..Wait staff very helpful awesome Old Fashioned from the bar.

I liked the ambiance and the service but the food is almost a little TOO eclectic. There are not any basic foods for anyone that is even a slightly picky eater. Also found some cartilage in my chicken lettuce wraps. LOVED the baked snacks on the bar. That plus the wide variety of cocktails and the buy one get one 50% off appetizers still made it worth it!

Excellent! Service was very good, and it pales when compared to the food. Chef has a wonderful way with flavors. From appetizer through dessert, taste buds were having the time of their life! Doubt you could go wrong, no matter what you order.

Good food for the most part. Creative and nuanced as expected for a fine dining establishment. The wait staff was really good.

If you are a foodie or just enjoy creative dishes this is the place. Ample portions so you won't be hungry. Try apps at the bar. Parker the bar manager will find the perfect wine or cocktail for you. If your're early enough for happy hour there are some great specials.

The food is pretty good here, but the best part about this place is the bar. The buyer/bartender (as he seems) is very knowledgeable about every single drink he pours, down to know the process by which each one was made.

Ember was great. I can only comment about their euphoric hour (aka happy hour). Good bottle beer selections and yummy food specials. It's only offered at the bar area which had about 15 seats. Arrive early. $5 dishes, $6 Cocktails & martinis, $4 we'll drink, $5 wine, $2 off beer.

Came with a party of 6 and ordered a ton of food. Lobster ravioli, caramel apple salad, rock shrimp, pork belly. Every dish was unique with interesting spices and sauces from around the world. Everyone enjoyed their food. We also ordered the house made Ice cream, which was incredible.

We dined with a group of 7, and every drink and plate was thoroughly enjoyed. Some favorites were the beef tenderloin with peanut butter chard, chicken with crab stuffing, and red neck salad. Servings can be on the small side, but after splitting 3 small plates and 1 entree each, we were all quite satisfied. Service was attentive and knowledgeable. Ambiance was pleasant; clean, cozy, and modern.
