We had a great experience will Matt Sellers and Val at Preston. I was not in love with our first option and Matt found a different vehicle that would meet my needs that I fell in love with. Val went out of her way to make sure we got a great deal as well! This is the 3rd vehicle we have bought with Preston and we will continue to use Preston in the years to come! I had a wonderful experience in buying a car through this dealership. I found the car i was interested in through their website and sent a request and was contacted shortly after. Even though when i went to test drive the vehicle, they were very busy, I did not have to wait long. The customer service was fantastic. I will be a lifelong customer.

We had the most positive vehicle purchasing experience EVER with salesman Jordan Smiley. We casually stopped at Preston on our way through town without thinking that we might actually end up purchasing a Jeep Wrangler. Jordan was so professional, polite, knowledgeable, respectful and SINCERE that two days later we were driving home a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara Chief. I had an amazing experience with the Preston Auto Group! I live in Pittsburgh and drove to New Castle, on a Saturday, to see a car I noticed online the night before. Rory, had the car ready to go for me when I arrived. He was straight-forward, honest, and knowledgeable. I left there with my dream car, a 2015 Dodge Charger! Valerie, in finance, was exceptionally sweet and helpful. She was quick and to the point. I could not be more pleased with everyone and my new baby!

My husband and I had been looking to trade in our vehicle. We had been to a number of dealerships that were unfortunately either unfriendly or unwilling to take the time to work with us. After a great experience with my husbands truck purchase we went back to Preston and dealt again with Jordan Smiley. The entire experience was incredible. Jordan was extremely friendly, genuinely listened to what we were looking for and was determined to make that happen for us. The experience with Valerie Villani, Finance Manager was just as great. She made the financial end of the car purchase easy and painless. We drove away in a new Jeep Patriot this afternoon and love it.
