A-A-RON😃was absolutely amazing during the process of buying my new car ! He was straight forward not pushy and made me feel comfortable. Aaron was an amazing salesman very professional, friendly and honest. This has been the best experience I've had when finding a vehicle . He made it a very easy process and not stressful at all. I will recommend him as well as the Boardman Nissan dealership to everyone i know. Thank you A-A-RON for making what usually is a very stressful experience very pleasant.

I turned in a leased vehicle and negotiated a waiver on mileage overage and damages. James Chismark and his crew at our Boardman Nissan clearly told me I would have a zero $ obligation. Nissan Corporate billed me a month later. I notified James and he more than satisfactorily rectified this in about 30 minutes. The folks at our local Boardman Nissan are sincere trustworthy professionals. These folks sell a great product and service their customers at a very high level.

I purchased a 2 year old used car. I was originally promised 2 key fobs and at the last minute they could not find the other one. They would not provide a second. I asked them if i purchased one myself if they would at least program the one that i had to purchase on my own. I have not heard back and it does not seem likely. That is not good service or follow through.

They were friendly, and helpful, but their 1 CHADEMO DC fast charger did not work with 2013 Nissan Leaf. Kenny Ross Nissan had the same type of charger, and it also failed to work. The one at Pittsburgh East Nissan was different and worked great. It's about 6 times faster than these old level 2 chargers. I have a level 2 charger in my trunk that adds about 35 miles of range an hour versus 20 miles.

We had an amazing experience with Nissan in Boardman Ohio!! I'd recommend everyone I know to go there and I'd go 10x over! Our salesman Nick went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provide us with the best deal possible. He was very personable and very professional. In fact everyone that we dealt with while we were there made us feel as if we had known them forever! THANK YOU Nissan in Boardman Ohio and our salesman Nick we LOVE our new Rogue!!!

Service department is outstanding, knowledgeable technicians, good management and fair and honest business practices. The sales department is not bad, but it's still a car dealer with all the age old smoke and mirrors tactics. Finally, Nissan makes great cars.

This being my first time buying a car from a dealership I can't express enough the level of professionalism and courtesy this team provided me.
