Parts manager in Nile store very very helpful sales manager good information on Polaris side by sides.
Very large selection of 4 wheelers and other sport utility vehicles. Sales help was also very helpful but not pushy.
Everyone that works there and at the Indian shop next door are awesome! Love everything about Johnny Ks
Been a customer for many years. They treat me like family and also when I refer someone they treat them with great respect.. Appreciate all you guys do!!
really got ripped off here paid 18k for a Sxs that sells at other dealers for 13k. Paid another 2k for a warranty and after 250 miles the clutch went out . Took it in for waranty it got denied and they charged me 160$ for diagnosis whn I thought it was going to be fixed under warranty . Ended up Costing me 2k in repairs . bad experience they are the highest priced dealer in the state !
Great experience! Buy ALL of your toys here! Michael and his team were more professional and knowledgeable than anywhere else, super kind and worked hard to get us the best rate available! Thank you guys!!
Great place to do business! No high pressure sales took the time to listen, answered all my questions and matched up my wants and needs perfectly! Johnny K even took the time to introduce himself and assisted in my purchase. No doubt he is a hands on owner that truly cares about his customers!! Made me a customer for life!!! Thanks Johnny!😁
The sales staff and service department are very knowledgeable and friendly. I was not sure what I wanted in options. They took the time to carefully explain everything to me and helped me decide what was best for me. The service department was very helpful in assisting me with the small service appointment and maintenance schedule I needed.
Super friendly environment with a huge selection of everything we ever wanted. Had no idea how big the showroom was until we stepped inside, and wow! Big Boy Candy Store!! Everyone there is having fun and it really helped us to feel confortable making our purchase super easy. A+++
Had service done here. They were about 2 weeks behind, a little disappointing on time frame but everyone was courteous and professional.
If I could rate them with more stars I would. This place is set up beautifully, clean facility, and the people are like family, nor money grubbers. They have a great maintenance dept. And they've got everything from new bikes to apparel to parts. I love going, even just to visit.
Walked in the place to get some gloves, they had them in 4 different spots so I was kinda confused, not one person asked me if I needed help, 4 employess walked past me an said nothing more than good morning as they walked by with there cell phone in there hands like they were waiting for a phone call, the girl behind the desk was the most non talkative person Ive ever seen in my life, I looked right at her an she acted like she coudnt see me, I felt like I was going to bother someone if I asked where the winter gloves were, if you dont look like you have a pocket full of money to spend in there building, odds are you will get the same treatment, I will never walk in that place again, I laughed an went to Yamaha!!!!
Really cool place with lots of toys and accessories. Will be back to buy a Ducati . . . or two.
Experience:
Have a 12' commander that needed regular service.
Called and scheduled an appointment.(summer 2015)
Dropped vehicle off on the Saturday before appointment.
2 weeks went by and no word on if it was ready for pick-up.
Week 3: I contacted the service department and was notified vehicle has not been serviced yet. Received a call a few days after saying wheel bearings needed replaced so authorization was given to order parts and replace. 2 more weeks go by and no word on if it is ready for pickup.
Called on the following Monday to check on status and said it will be ready for pick-up Friday. A full 6 weeks later I payed $600 for oil changes (diff's and engine) and a wheel bearing replacement. I spoke to the service manager and told him about my poor experience and his response was just sorry. Johnny was present at the dealership that day and stopped me in the parking lot and apologized for the long service time and lack of communication. It was the right thing to do and I was glad he took the time to try and save a customer. Unfortunately, it was too little too late. Fast forward to the next oil change (Fall 2016). Used a torque wrench to tighten drain plug, set to 18 ft/ lbs. (manual states 22ft/lbs). Would not reach torque. I found the drain plug was over torqued and stripped from the above dealership service.
My friend purchased a Polaris General this fall and he had his seatbelt fall off (1st ride) because it was not fully assembled after un-crating from Johnny K's. I purchased my 16' Maverick XDS from ASK in Columbus in the Spring 2016 and have been happy with their customer service thus far.
I travel for work and have stopped at almost every Canam dealer in Ohio.
Niles has one of the the best showrooms /selection hands down, it's a shame I am willing to tow my vehicle to Columbus for future services.
